Biohort BikeLift Mounting Kit Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Main Bracket

Parts Required:

• 1x Main mounting bracket
• 4x M4 x 10 screws (D1)

Attach the primary mounting bracket as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets

Parts Required:

• 2x Wall mounting brackets
• 4x M4 x 10 screws (D1)

Attach the two wall mounting brackets to the main assembly using the provided M4 x 10 screws.

Step 3: Mount to Wall

Parts Required:

• 4x M6 x 70 screws (D1)

Procedure:

1. Prepare the wall for mounting. Drill holes using an 8mm drill bit to a depth of 80mm.
2. Mount the assembled bracket system to the wall. Ensure approximately 26cm clearance from the mounting surface to the bracket.
3. Secure the assembly using the four M6 x 70 screws.

Step 1: Attach Shed Mounting Brackets

Parts Required:

• 2x Shed mounting brackets
• 4x M4 x 10 screws (D1)

Attach the two shed mounting brackets to the main assembly using four M4 x 10 screws.

Step 2: Assemble for Shed Types

Parts Required:

• 2x Main brackets
• 2x Shed mounting brackets
• 8x M4 x 10 screws (D1)

Assemble the mounting system components for compatibility with various Biohort shed models, including HighLine, Panorama, AvantGarde, Europa, and NEO series.

Step 3: Mount to Shed Wall

Parts Required:

• 2x M6 x 55 screws (D1)

Mount the fully assembled system to the shed wall using the two M6 x 55 screws.
