- For your and others' safety, when driving the scooter instead of walking, be sure to comply with national and local road traffic laws and regulations.
- Please do not exceed the walking car's bearing capacity. A four-wheel single car can only take 1 person, otherwise it may cause personal injury and affect warranty service.
- Please do not attempt to go beyond the rated obstacle height of the walking vehicle; navigate obstacles at low speed.
- When on uneven ground, please be sure to slow down. Do not wade (when water floods the circuit of the controller, the motor is likely to cause a short circuit and damage to electrical components). Under rain and snow weather, please wear a raincoat to ensure that water does not penetrate the appliances!
- The vehicle's turning mechanism is installed to a certain extent to increase the walking vehicle's safety performance. Please do not remove or replace it at will, so as not to cause a safety hazard!

Gradient information
More and more buildings are being built on different slopes, some of which have even been turned over. Driving on the road requires you to be very careful and have good handling skills.
- Drive carefully when approaching downhill or uphill roads.
- To ensure safe driving, keep your downhill speed to a minimum.
- The height is usually not around the corner; please try to avoid these rough places so as not to bump or scratch the body next to the armrest.
- When going uphill, please maintain a constant speed as far as possible. If you must stop, restart gently when opening, and then accelerate slowly. If the downhill speed is faster than you expect, use the braking system to bring it to a safe stop, then slowly release the brake to make it a safe downhill.
- You may encounter other slopes that are not suitable for cars but not suitable for walking, as shown in the figure below.
- ⚠️ Warning: When going uphill, do not enter the "Z" or back up. Please drive in a straight line instead of walking. This will reduce the possibility of turning uphill.
- ⚠️ Warning: You cannot risk driving downhill on roads with snow, ice, and wet conditions.
- ⚠️ Warning: On the hill, it is forbidden to adjust the mobility scooter to manual mode.
- The tests were done with the highest seats and the fastest speeds. Your scooter's ability to climb depends on your weight and the slope of the road.
- ⚠️ Warning: The slope of the road shall not exceed the scope specified in this manual, otherwise it may cause personal and traffic accidents; the company shall not assume any responsibility.
Navigation/electromagnetic brake
Turning at high speed may lead to a rollover accident. Factors causing rollovers include turning speed, control handle height, road conditions, sudden changes in direction, etc. If you want to turn, please slow down to avoid rollovers.
⚠️ Warning: When you suddenly turn around, please slow down. When you are speeding, please do not make a sudden turn. This will avoid tipping over.
Electromagnetic brake
The scooter adopts electromagnetic braking. The electromagnetic braking will be released automatically when driving and will be closed automatically when stopping. The motor will be locked to prevent sliding. Please put the electromagnetic brake handle in the normal closed position. For a long journey or drag, please put the electromagnetic brake handle in the open position (as shown in ?️ D).
Figure D: A close-up view of the rear of the scooter, showing a hand operating the electromagnetic brake lever.
⚠️ Warning: If the electromagnetic brake does not stop automatically, please turn off the power switch immediately! And contact the local dealer in time.
⚠️ Warning: It is not allowed to load more than the permitted range of the scooter, so as not to cause damage to the electromagnetic brake, endangering the safety of life and property.
⚠️ Warning: It is not allowed to drag the scooter when the handle of the electromagnetic brake is in the closed position, so as not to cause damage to the electromagnetic brake. In case of stoppage slip during normal use, please contact the seller freely.
The use of the battery
- Generally, the battery does not exceed 12 hours. It is recommended that the battery be used for 10-12 hours.
- Under floating state (with green light), the battery will not be damaged even if it is charged for a long time.
- Excessive discharge of lead-acid batteries will affect the service life of batteries. Batteries stored for a long time without use will lead to battery damage and loss, which can also affect battery life.
- Please avoid using "reverse" voltage drive (that is, the power supply is not in power state and the voltage is small after a period of time). The cumulative charging service time is more than 5km or so. If the battery is not used for a long time, it should be kept fully charged and recharged once a month.
- There are professional departments for recycling used batteries. Users are not allowed to dispose of used batteries at will to avoid secondary pollution.
- If the battery gives off odors, heats up, deforms, or if abnormalities occur during use, storage, or charging, or during transportation, the battery will be shut down and stopped.
The charging step
When you just buy a new scooter, please charge it by electricity. Please follow the following steps for the first charge:
- Please turn off the scooter; do not use the power switch.
- Firstly, plug the charger into the charging outlet of the scooter, and then plug into the AC outlet at the power supply side of the charger (the input voltage should be consistent with the mains).
- Then turn on the indicator light of the charger. The indicator light is bright red, indicating that the charger is charging.
- Charge for 10-12 hours, indicating that the battery is basically enough, and then the charger will automatically enter the floating state.
- In the floating charging state (green light is on), the floating charging time should not be less than 2 hours. Please ensure that the floating charging time is within 2-4 hours for the first purchase.
- After charging, unplug the AC power supply plug, then insert the charger output from the scooter, and cover the outlet cover. (See ?️ E)
Figure E: A red and black mobility scooter is shown alongside its charger unit.
Mobility scooter driving program operation
Dear customers, thank you very much for your careful reading and understanding of the structure and functions of the above scooter. Let us operate and drive your vehicle strictly according to the following procedures with a calm attitude:
- The power consumption is exhausted before charging for the first time, but it cannot be completely exhausted. Battery power will not be too full, but also will not be too little. Everyone in use, according to the business estimate, can estimate probably the running distance. In order to avoid power issues, the battery level of the scooter is shown in the last grid; consider not riding and be ready to charge.
- Check whether the electromagnetic brake lever is in the closed position (automatic brake check this position).
- Check whether the rotation direction is flexible.
- After getting on the scooter, adjust the seat position and the tiller angle according to the body's needs, and check whether the seat and the tiller angle are fixed firmly.
- Please insert the panel power button, turn on the panel power, turn on the status indicator light, indicator light, and electricity meter to show the remaining battery power, and make sure the battery can meet your travel needs.
- Transfer the speed knob position (low speed), nearby slowly push the processing direction. According to your requirements, you can gradually turn the speed knob position until high speed. When the speed knob reaches its limit, please stop rotating motionless. Now that the limit speed knob has been reached, continuing to turn it will damage the speed limiter. Adjust according to your media processing control range.
- Please release the operating handle; the scooter will stop automatically when it needs to stop, and the electromagnetic braking system will lock the gear box and prevent it from walking.
⚠️ Warning: If automatic parking is not possible, please turn off the power switch immediately and contact the dealer or after-sales service!
8. When you do not use the scooter, please put it in a safe place and pull out the key. For other functions (if you need to go to the dashboard), please refer to the dashboard function manual.
Scooter repair, maintenance and storage
To make the scooter safe and comfortable, you must do the following things regularly:
I, maintenance,
