Description
The CiX6-V is a feature-packed compact coaxial-driven full-range loudspeaker with high output and solid full-range acoustic performance. The cabinet design is exceptionally discreet while offering true pro audio sound. With a symmetrical pattern, full coverage can be achieved with relatively few speakers, which makes the CiX6-V especially suited for indoor and outdoor commercial installations.
The patented triangular design ensures fast and easy installation. The integrated mounting points allow the cabinet to mount flush in corners or onto walls and ceilings without brackets. For even easier and more flexible installation, the cabinet can be mounted on two slider brackets. The cable terminal is hidden behind the grille with the cable route from the rear of the cabinet, making the cable connection invisible both in vertical and horizontal applications.
The CiX6-V can be run in either 8 ohm or 70/100 volt.
CiX6-V excels in mid-sized commercial installations where higher output and full-range background and light foreground audio is required; applications include hospitality, restaurants, bars, lounges, houses of worship, and retail environments.
For enhanced bass performance, the CiX6-V can be teamed indoors with our C8S and C12S subwoofers.

Architectural Specifications
The loudspeaker system shall consist of a 6.5" woofer and 1" compression driver in a coaxial design with an even dispersion of nominal 100° by 100° degrees.
Specifications of a typical production shall be as follows: Sensitivity SPL / 1W @ 1m shall be 92 dB. Nominal impedance shall be 8 ohms. Recommended amplifier for the CiX6-V shall be 100-200 W.
Frequency response shall be from 65 Hz-20 kHz +/- 3 dB.
The input shall be switchable for use either at nominal 8 ohms, or on a 70 V or 100 V distributed speaker line via a built-in 60 W transformer. Selectable taps shall allow operation at 7.5, 15, 30 or 60 W from a 100 V distributed speaker line, plus 3.75, 7.5, 15 or 30 W from a 70 V line only.
The enclosure shall be triangular in shape with no visible cable terminals and have a 90-degree angle allowing it to be mounted flush in corners, onto walls or ceilings without the need for external brackets, or additional accessories. The speaker shall use the integrated slider system and mounting points for installation.
The speaker shall be manufactured of ABS and the entire loudspeaker shall have IP55 outdoor rating. For theft deterrence, the installation points shall be hidden behind the grille. Cabinet finish shall be white or black. Outside dimensions shall be no greater than 420 mm (height) x 267 mm (width) x 190 mm (depth) and weight shall be 5.3 kg.
The loudspeaker system shall be named the CiX6-V by Blaze Audio.
CiX6 Frequency Response
A graph shows the frequency response of the CiX6-V. The X-axis represents frequency in Hz, ranging from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The Y-axis represents Sound Pressure Level in dB (re 20µPa), ranging from 20 dB to 110 dB. The curve, labeled "CiX6-V - Magnitude", starts around 40 dB at 20 Hz, rises sharply to around 90 dB at 100 Hz, peaks at approximately 105 dB between 1 kHz and 5 kHz, and then gradually decreases to around 95 dB at 20 kHz.
