Getting Started
Before beginning installation, please review all safety warnings and ensure you have the necessary tools and parts. This manual covers models C2212T, C2405, C2102, C2202, and D2101.

Connect your opener to your smartphone using the myQ® App for remote monitoring and control. Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong in the installation area.
Important Safety Notes:
- Read all safety materials carefully.
- Ensure the Protector System® is connected and aligned for proper door closure.
- Periodic checks are required for safe operation.
- DO NOT install on a one-piece door if using unattended close features.
Preparation and Assembly
Check the Door: Ensure your garage door is balanced and operates smoothly. Disable all locks and remove ropes before installation.
Tools Needed: A list of required tools is provided, including a ladder, hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers, drill, and wrenches.
Carton Inventory: Verify all parts are present, including the header bracket, rail sections, trolley, chain, door arms, and safety reversing sensors.
Assembly Steps:
- Assemble the rail and install the trolley.
- Fasten the rail to the motor unit.
- Install the idler pulley.
- Install the chain.
