Image Modes

Press the Mode button (6) to cycle through different color palettes (e.g., white-hot, black-hot, color, red-hot, target enhancement) for optimal viewing in various conditions.

Brightness Adjustment

Press the Brightness button (4) to adjust the screen brightness across several levels.

Zoom

The device offers digital zoom. Rotate the control dial (7) to zoom in or out. The TH35 V2 offers 2.5x-10.0x zoom, while the TH50 V2 offers 3.5x-14.0x zoom.

Photo and Video Recording

Press the shutter button (3) to take a photo ?. Press and hold the shutter button (3) to start video recording ▶️. Photos and videos are stored on the 32GB internal memory. The device supports Wi-Fi ? connectivity for transferring files and connecting to the InfiRay Outdoor app.

Picture-in-Picture (PIP)

Activate PIP mode by pressing and holding the Mode button (6). This displays a magnified view of the central reticle area within the main screen, allowing for precise aiming.

Rangefinding

The device includes a stadiametric rangefinder. For more accurate distance measurements, an optional laser rangefinder module can be connected via Bluetooth ?.

Zeroing (Reticle Alignment)

To zero the scope, mount it on the firearm and follow the calibration steps. This typically involves taking a shot, freezing the image (using a combination of buttons), and then adjusting the reticle position to match the point of impact using the control dial (7). Multiple zeroing profiles (A, B, C) and distances can be saved.

Calibration

Calibration is essential for maintaining image quality. Three modes are available: Auto Calibration (A), Manual Calibration (M), and Background Calibration (B). Background calibration requires covering the objective lens.

Safety Precautions

Battery Information

The device is powered by a built-in 6600mAh rechargeable battery ? and can also use a replaceable 18500 battery. The built-in battery is not user-removable. Charging is done via USB Type-C ?. The device indicates battery status with an icon. When the external power source is connected via USB, only the built-in battery is charged.

Mounting

The TUBE series scopes feature a standard 30mm tube diameter, compatible with common 30mm scope rings. Use the included Picatinny mount adapter if needed. Ensure proper eye relief when mounting to avoid injury during recoil. Use a torque wrench for mounting screws, recommended torque is 2.5 Nm.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning of the lenses and exterior is recommended. Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions for optical lenses. Ensure electrical contacts are clean.

Troubleshooting

IssuePossible CauseSolution
Device does not turn on.Battery is depleted.Charge the battery.
Device does not charge from external power.USB cable is broken. External power source is depleted.Replace the USB cable. Check the external power source.
Image is too dark.Brightness setting is too low.Adjust the screen brightness.
Icons are visible, but the image is blurry. Objective lens is not focused correctly. Lenses are dirty or fogged.Adjust the objective lens focus ring. Clean the lenses.
Image is blurry, unstable, or shows lines.Calibration is required. Environmental conditions are harsh (e.g., snow, rain, fog).Perform calibration. Wait for environmental conditions to improve or for the device to acclimate.
Image quality is poor or detection range is short.Improper mounting or alignment. Calibration is required.Check mounting and alignment. Perform calibration as described in Section 9.
Reticle position changed after firing. The device and/or mounting is not properly secured.Ensure secure mounting and alignment.
Device cannot connect to smartphone or computer.Incorrect Wi-Fi password. Too many Wi-Fi signals in the vicinity. Signal is blocked (e.g., by a concrete wall). Trying to observe an object behind glass. Configuration error.Enter the correct Wi-Fi password. Move to an area with fewer Wi-Fi signals. Move away from obstructions. Move outside the glass. Check configuration.
Wi-Fi signal disappears or is interrupted. The Wi-Fi signal is weak or intermittent.Move to a location with a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
Observed object disappears. The device is not focused correctly.Adjust the objective lens focus ring.
Image quality is poor, blurry, or shows stripes.Low external temperature affects image quality.Image quality is generally better at higher temperatures due to greater temperature difference between the object and background. This is normal for thermal imaging systems.
Image quality is weaker at low temperatures.Low external temperature.Image quality is generally better at higher temperatures due to greater temperature difference between the object and background. This is normal for thermal imaging systems.
