2. General Terms and Conditions
- The pre-order promotion runs from June 9 to July 24, 2025. The order/purchase date according to the receipt applies. Orders with a purchase date outside the promotion period will not be considered.
- Eligible participants are end customers (customers who purchase products for their own needs) residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
- In case of return of the eligible device (withdrawal from the purchase contract), there is no entitlement to the respective benefit. In case of incomplete return, the difference may be charged.
- Samsung reserves the right to declare incomplete, false, or non-compliant entries invalid.
- Samsung reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time due to technical failures or other important reasons.
- Samsung reserves the right to declare entries invalid if they contain incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documents and to take legal action against the offending participants if necessary.
- Personal data provided during participation in this promotion will be processed exclusively for the proper execution of the promotion in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy (available at http://www.samsung.com/ch/info/privacy/).
