Smart Wristband User's Guide
Getting Started
Wear it properly: The bracelet is best worn after the ulnar styloid. Adjust the size of the wrist according to the adjustment hole and buckle the wrist strap. The sensor should be close to the skin to avoid moving.
Charge the bracelet: For first-time use, ensure the battery is normal. If the power is not on, connect the charger to charge the device.
Install the bracelet app on your phone: Scan the QR code [Scan QR code to download app] or go to the App Store/Google Play to download and install the app. System requirements: Android 5.0 and above; iOS 9.0 and above; support for Bluetooth 4.0.
Device connection:
- For first use, connect the APP for calibration. After successful connection, the bracelet automatically synchronizes the time.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, enter the app's device module settings, and click "Bind device, experience more features". The app will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Find and connect the bracelet device.
- After successful pairing, the APP will show a guide. Follow the instructions to jump to your phone's system Bluetooth search, find and connect devices like Y13/WellAudio/H13Mini/H13Pro/H13PLUS/GTS4. Once connected, you can make/receive calls and listen to music. (Note: If the phone's Bluetooth cannot find the device, ensure "Dual mode" is set to "On" in the menu; calls are not possible without connecting this equipment.)
- The APP automatically saves the bracelet's Bluetooth address. When the APP is open or running in the background, it will automatically search for and connect the bracelet.
- Android phones require all notification permissions to read contact information and permission for the app to run in the background.
Bracelet Function Description
- Standby Page Navigation: Slide down for notification reminders, slide up for the control center.
- Dial Switching: Swipe left or right on the standby page to cycle through different watch faces.
- Language Assistant: Long press for 2 seconds on any dial page to activate the language assistant. (Note: The phone must be connected to the device, and voice settings must be configured in the phone's voice menu.)
- Main Menu: Click the screen on the standby page to enter the main menu. Main menu styles can be switched.
- Bracelet Reset: This function clears all data on the bracelet (e.g., step count).
- Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen (Three-in-One): Switch to the interface and start the test. The interface times out after 60 seconds. (Heart rate and blood pressure require hardware support.)
- Clock Interface: After synchronizing with the phone, the bracelet automatically calibrates the time. Swipe left or right on the standby page to cycle through dials.
- Step Tracking: Wear the bracelet to record daily movement steps and view real-time steps.
- Distance: Estimated based on walking steps.
- Calories: Estimated calories burned based on walking steps.
- Dial Pad: Make calls from the dial pad. (Note: Phone must be connected to the device.)
- Phone Book: Add up to 8 contacts in the APP. After successful Bluetooth connection, contacts sync to the bracelet. Click a contact to make a call. (Note: Phone must be connected to the device.)
- Music Control: Control previous/next song, pause/start playback. (Note: Phone must be connected to use this feature.)
- Dual Mode Switch: Must be turned on for the phone to search for the device. If the phone doesn't connect within 5 minutes of the bracelet turning on, the switch turns off automatically and needs manual activation.
- Exercise Modes: All sports modes can record calories burned and duration, such as for jump rope.
- Sleep Mode: When you fall asleep, the bracelet automatically enters sleep monitoring. It detects deep sleep, light sleep, and wake-ups to calculate sleep quality. The bracelet shows total sleep duration; the APP displays detailed sleep data. (Note: Sleep data is recorded from 10:00 PM when wearing the wristband. Data from 3-4 hours of sleep can sync while sleeping.)
- Information Mode: View the latest message content.
- Stopwatch: Start, pause, and reset timing.
- Custom Dial: Connect to the APP for dial settings. Choose from recommended, default, or album custom dials to sync to the bracelet.
APP Function and Settings
- Personal Information: Set gender, age, height, weight, and distance in Settings → Personal Information. You can also set daily goal steps.
- Application Push:
- SMS Notification: When connected and enabled, the bracelet vibrates for new text messages.
- Other Reminders: When connected and enabled, the bracelet vibrates for messages from WeChat, QQ, Facebook, etc., displaying content (requires app permission for system notifications; bracelet displays 20-40 characters).
- Incoming Call Reminder: Enabled by default, no switch option. (Requires device connection.)
- Other Functions:
- Vibration Setting: Enable for vibration alerts on calls/messages. If off, only screen alerts appear to avoid interruption.
- Android User Tips: For reminder functions, allow "FitPro" to run in the background. Add "FitPro" to rights management and open all permissions.
- Alarm Setting: Set up to 8 alarms when connected. Alarms sync to the bracelet and support offline alarms.
- Find Bracelet: Click "Find Bracelet" when connected; the bracelet will vibrate.
- Remote Photography: When connected, start photo capture from the bracelet or APP. Shake/turn wrist/touch the bracelet to take a photo after a 3-second countdown. Allow APP access to the photo album to save selfies.
- Sedentary Reminder: Enable to set reminder intervals for long periods of sitting.
- Raise to Brighten: When the screen is off, lifting the wrist and turning it towards you lights up the screen.
- Do Not Disturb Mode: Set a time period during which the bracelet stops receiving notification messages to avoid interruptions.
- Device Reset: Erases all data on the bracelet (e.g., step count).
- Remove Device: Erases data and removes the device from the app.

Precautions
- Do not wear while bathing or swimming.
- Connect the bracelet when synchronizing data.
- Use the included charging cable for charging.
- Avoid exposing the wristband to moisture for extended periods, or to extremely high or low temperatures.
- If the wristband restarts unexpectedly (flashover), check your phone's memory, clear it, or exit and reopen the APP.
