Do not remove any components or service panels on this product. - In Queensland the service agent/qualified technician MUST hold a Gas Work Authorisation or License for hydrocarbon refrigerants if the appliance gas system is being opened or charged. · Consult Local and National Standards to comply with the following: - Health and Safety at Work Legislation - Fire Precautions - Wiring Regulations - Building Regulations · DO NOT immerse the appliance in water, or use jet/pressure washers to clean the appliance. · DO NOT allow oil or fat to come into contact with the plastic components or door seal. Clean immediately if contact occurs. · DO NOT store products on top of the appliance. · Always carry, store and handle the appliance in a vertical position and move by holding the base of the appliance. · Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the appliance when not in use. · Not suitable for outdoor use. · Keep all packaging away from children. If the appliance has been stored or moved in a non-vertical position, stand it in an upright position for approximately 12 hours before operation. If in doubt allow to stand. 1. Remove the appliance from the packaging and remove the protective film from all surfaces. 2. When positioning, please ensure a 15cm gap is maintained along the sides, back and top of the appliance to allow sufficient airflow. NEVER LOCATE NEXT TO OR NEAR A HEAT SOURCE. 3. To avoid being pushed tight against the wall accidentally and ensure good ventilation, 2 spaces are supplied for mounting on the rear. 4. If necessary, adjust the screw feet of the appliance to make it level. Note: Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the shelves and interior with soapy water and dry well. Shelf load (Max.): 10kg Operation Control panel Refrigerant LED: During refrigerating, LED is on; When the set temperature is reached and constant, LED is off. Defrost LED: During defrosting, LED is on; When defrosting finishes, LED is off. Up Button Down Button Manual defrost button / light button SET Set button Adjusting the Temperature 1. Press SET button. The set temperature is displayed. 2. Press up button or down button to change set temperature. 3. Press SET button to exit. Internal light Press the button on the controller to turn the internal light on/off. Glass heater function Set the switch to desired setting when necessary. Manual Defrost To start/stop manual defrost, press and hold defrost button for 6 seconds. The defrost cycle will end automatically. Power switch 4 Glass heater switch ($"@"@W@JOEC Telephone Helpline: 1300225960 AENU Tips for use: To get the best results from your POLAR appliance, follow these instructions: · Do not put oily food, solidified liquid food, frozen food, etc. directly on the inner wire rack and bottom of the machine, so as to avoid oil or other liquid flowing into the machine base, which will affect the normal operation and even damage the machine. It is recommended to put food on the tray to avoid dripping oil or other residues. · Wrap or cover food where possible. · Do not obstruct the vents inside the appliance. · Avoid opening the door for prolonged periods of time. Cleaning, Care & Maintenance can leave harmful residues. · Always wipe dry after cleaning. · Carry out a manual defrost if excessive ice is present. · Remove any water that may be present before usage. Condensation and ice will form with frequent and prolonged opening of the doors. Operating outside of the recommend temperature range and placing next to a heat source will also increase the amount of ice and internal/external condensation. If external condensation occurs wipe the surface down with a cloth. Excessive ice will result in longer running times that will increase energy consumption and increase the deterioration of components. Switch off and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning. · Clean the interior of the appliance as often as possible. · Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
