Unpack the machine and verify all components are present. Remove protective tape and film from the machine. Save all packing materials.

Note: Components may vary by country. A USB 2.0 cable (Type A/B) up to 2 meters is recommended. A Category 5 (or greater) twisted-pair cable is needed for Ethernet connection.

Step 2: Load Paper

Load plain A4 paper into the paper tray. Fan the paper well before loading.

Step 3: Connect Power

Connect the power cord. The machine will power on automatically.

Step 4: Select Country or Language

Instructions:

  2. Remove the ink bottle cap.
  3. Place the cap on the back of the cover.
  4. Remove the nozzle cap from the ink bottle.
  5. Insert the bottle nozzle firmly into the ink tank. The ink will fill automatically.

  7. Replace the ink tank cap. Repeat for other ink tanks and close the cover.

Important: Using incorrect ink may damage the machine.

Follow the LCD prompts to set the date and time.

Step 7: Machine Settings
