1. Important Safety Instructions
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If the product is passed to a third party, these instructions must be included.
- This chair is intended for office use. Maximum user weight: 125 kg.
- Complies with standard EN 1335-2.
- Only trained personnel should replace or repair seat height adjustment components with energy accumulators.
- Product supplied with casters suited for carpets. Soft tread casters are recommended for hard surfaces.
- For office use only.
- Be cautious when opening/closing the product. Keep hands away from folding mechanisms to prevent finger pinching.
- Product must be assembled by an adult.
- Keep children and pets away during assembly.
- Do not let children climb on or play with the product.

2. Before First Use

Assembly Steps:
- Step 1: Attach the five casters (G) to the chair base (F). Insert the gas lift cylinder (E) into the center of the base. [Diagram shows base, casters, gas lift].
- Step 2: Attach the two armrests (C) to the underside of the seat (B) using screws (I, L) and the Allen wrench (K). [Diagram shows seat, armrests, screws, wrench].
- Step 3: Attach the mechanism (D) to the underside of the seat (B) using screws (I, J, L). Arrows indicate attachment points and tightening. [Diagram shows seat, mechanism, screws].
- Step 4: Attach the backrest (A) to the mechanism (D) using screws (H, L). Arrows indicate attachment points. [Diagram shows backrest, mechanism, screws].
- Step 5: Place the assembled seat/backrest unit onto the gas lift cylinder (E) in the chair base. [Diagram shows unit being lowered onto gas lift].
- Step 6: Adjust armrest height by pressing a lever under the armrest. [Diagram shows hand pressing lever with [up/down arrow] symbols].
- Step 7: Adjust seat height using the lever under the seat. [Diagram shows lever with [up/down arrow] symbols].
- Step 8: Adjust tilt tension using the knob under the seat, marked with '+' for tighter and '−' for looser. [Diagram shows knob with + and - symbols].
- Step 9: Engage or disengage the tilt lock by operating the lever, indicated by a lock symbol [?]. [Diagram shows lever with lock symbol].
4. Cleaning and Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the product with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Wipe dry after cleaning.
- Regular vacuuming or light brushing helps remove dirt and prevent soil build-up.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, or metal/sharp utensils.
4.1.1 Fabric Upholstered Furniture Care Instructions
- Vacuum regularly. Small dust particles are abrasive and can wear furniture prematurely.
- Clean spills immediately to prevent staining. Gently wipe spills with a soft, clean cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Allow to dry and brush lightly.
- Never use harsh chemicals or solvents, as they may damage the fabric.
- If using a professional product, test on an inconspicuous area first for discoloration or shrinking.
- Marks from pens, crayons, and ink markers are difficult to remove. Consult a professional for permanent stains.
4.2 Storage
- Ensure the product is clean and dry before storage.
- Wrap in protective material (e.g., moving blankets, bubble wrap, furniture pads) to prevent scratches.
- Store in a dry, cool place, avoiding damp or humid areas or those with temperature fluctuations.
- Cover with a breathable cover (e.g., cotton sheet) to protect from dust and moisture. Avoid plastic covers.

- Store upright if possible to save space.

- Regularly check components to ensure all screws and bolts are tightened.
