1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions
Keep this device away from children and unauthorized users.
Indoor use only. Keep this device away from rain, moisture, splashing and dripping liquids. Never put objects filled with liquids on top of or close to the device. DO NOT disassemble or open the cover under any circumstances. Touching live wires can cause life-threatening electroshocks. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device. Refer to an authorized dealer for service and/or spare parts. Always connect the device to an earthed power socket. Caution: device heats up during use. Make sure the ventilation openings are clear at all times. For sufficient air circulation, leave at least 1" (± 2.5 cm) in front of the openings. Place the device on a flat, heat resistant surface, do not place the device on carpets, fabrics... Always disconnect mains power when device not in use or when servicing or maintenance activities are performed. Handle the power cord by the plug only.
Keep this device away from dust and extreme temperatures.
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device.

5. Operation
5.1 Introduction
The device is a highly accurate, DC-regulated power supply with an adjustable output. This output can be used for constant voltage (C.V.) and constant current (C.C.). The output voltage can be adjusted between 0V and 30V when the device is in the constant voltage mode or C.V.-mode. The current-limiting point (max. ± 12 A) can also be set arbitrarily in this mode. The output current can be adjusted continuously between 0 and 10 A in the constant current mode. The output current and voltage are indicated through LED displays.
5.2 Using the device as a C.V. source
1. Turn the knobs [3] and [4] completely to the right before activating the device. 2. Activate the device. 3. Use knob [5] to obtain a voltage that is close to the desired value. 4. Consequently, you should use fine-tuning knob [6] to set the exact value.
The C.V. indicator comes on.
5.3 Connecting the Load
· The load is connected as shown in the figure below. · You can read the output current [1] and the output voltage [2] from the display as soon as the device has
been switched on. · The C.V. indicator [8] is lit if the device is in the C.V.-mode. · The C.V. LED is off and the C.C. LED will light if the Amp display indicates a value that exceeds the installed
value. When this happens, the device will automatically go into current-limiting mode. Install a load that will allow the device to function normally.

5.4 Using the device as a C.C. source
1. Use the power switch [9] to activate the device. 2. Turn knobs [5] and [6] completely to the right and turn knobs [3] and [4] completely to the left. 3. Connect the load. 4. Adjust [3] and [4] until the desired current is obtained.
The C.C. indicator is now lit while the C.V. indicator is off.

5.5 Use of the current-limiting adjustment in the C.V.-mode
1. Set both current knobs [3] and [4] to the maximum position. 2. You can now set the current-limiting point arbitrarily (max. ± 12A). 3. Proceed as follows: activate the device, connect a variable load and adjust the load so that the current
matches the desired current-limiting point. 4. Meanwhile, you should also manipulate current knobs [3] and [4] until the C.C. LED lights. 5. The value on the Amp display is identical to the current-limiting point.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
· Disconnect the device from the mains prior to maintenance activities. · The power supply cables must not show any damage. Have a qualified technician maintain the device. · Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents. · There are no user-serviceable parts, apart from the fuse. Contact your dealer for spare parts if necessary. · Store the device in a dry, well-ventilated, dust-free room.

1. Inleiding

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
Houd dit toestel buiten het bereik van kinderen en onbevoegden.
Gebruik het toestel enkel binnenshuis. Bescherm het toestel tegen regen, vochtigheid en opspattende vloeistoffen. Plaats geen objecten gevuld met vloeistof op of naast het toestel. Demonteer of open dit toestel NOOIT. Raak geen kabels aan die onder stroom staan, om dodelijke elektroschokken te vermijden. Er zijn geen onderdelen in het toestel die door de gebruiker gerepareerd kunnen worden. Voor onderhoud en/of reserveonderdelen, contacteer uw dealer. Sluit het toestel steeds aan op een geaard stopcontact. Opgelet: dit toestel wordt zeer warm tijdens het gebruik. Zorg dat de verluchtingsopeningen niet verstopt geraken. Voor voldoende luchtcirculatie, zorgt u voor een vrije ruimte voor de openingen van minstens 1" (± 2.5 cm). Plaats het toestel op een effen, hittebestendig oppervlak en zet het nooit op een tapijt, kleed, ... Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het toestel reinigt of als u het niet gebruikt. Houd de voedingskabel altijd vast bij de stekker en niet bij de kabel.
Bescherm dit toestel tegen stof en extreme temperaturen.
Bescherm tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de bediening.
Gebruik het toestel niet indien de behuizing of de bekabeling beschadigd is. Probeer in geen geval het toestel zelf te repareren maar contacteer uw dealer.
3. Algemene richtlijnen

5. Gebruik
5.1 Inleiding
Het apparaat is een nauwkeurige, DC-geregelde voeding met een instelbare uitgang. Deze uitgang kan gebruikt worden voor een constant voltage (C.V.) en een constante stroom (C.C.). Wanneer het apparaat in C.V.-modus (constant voltage) is, kan het uitgangsvoltage ingesteld worden tussen 0 en 30V. Het stroombegrenzingspunt (max. ± 12 A) kan ook willekeurig ingesteld worden in deze modus. De uitgangsstroom kan continu ingesteld worden tussen 0 en 10 A in de constante stroom-modus. De uitgangsstroom- en spanning worden weergegeven door LED-schermpjes.
5.2 Het apparaat gebruiken als C.V.-bron
1. Draai knop [3] en [4] volledig naar rechts vooraleer u het apparaat activeert. 2. Apparaat activeren. 3. Selecteer met knop [5] een spanningswaarde die bijna gelijk is aan de gewenste waarde. 4. Bijgevolg gebruikt u afstemmingsknop [6] om de exacte waarde in te stellen.
De C.V.-indicator licht op.
5.3 Lading verbinden
· De lading is aangesloten zoals weergegeven in onderstaande figuur. · U kunt de uitgangsstroom [1] en de uitgangsspanning [2] aflezen van het scherm van zodra het apparaat
ingeschakeld is. · Wanneer het apparaat ingesteld staat op C.V.-modus licht de C.V.-indicator [8] op. · Het C.V.-LED-lampje is uitgeschakeld en het C.C.-LED-lampje licht op indien het Amp scherm een waarde
weergeeft die hoger is dan de ingestelde waarde. Wanneer dit gebeurt, gaat het apparaat automatisch in stroombeperkingsmodus. Installeer een lading waarbij het apparaat normaal kan functionnren.

5.4 Het apparaat gebruiken als C.C.-bron
1. Gebruik de aan-uitschakelaar [9] om het apparaat te activeren. 2. Draai knop [5] en [6] volledig naar rechts en draai knop [3] en [4] volledig naar links. 3. Sluit de lading aan. 4. Wijzig [3] en [4] tot de gewenste stroomsterkte bereikt is.
De C.C.-indicator licht op terwijl de C.V.-indicator uitgeschakeld is.

5.5 Het stroombeperkingspunt instellen via de C.V.-modus
1. Zet stroomknop [3) en [4] op de maximumstand. 2. U kunt nu het stroombegrenzingspunt willekeurig instellen (max. ± 12A). 3. Ga als volgt te werk: activeer het apparaat, sluit een variabele lading aan en stel de lading zodanig in dat
de stroomsterkte overeenkomt met het gewenste stroombegrenzingspunt. 4. Ondertussen manipuleert u stroomknop [3] en [4] tot er C.C. (constante stroom) bereikt is. 5. De waarde weergegeven op het Amp-scherm is identiek aan het stroombegrenzingspunt.

6. Reiniging en onderhoud
· Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voor u aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden begint. · De voedingskabels mogen niet beschadigd zijn. Laat het toestel onderhouden door een geschoolde
technicus. · Maak het toestel geregeld schoon met een vochtige, niet pluizende doek. Gebruik geen alcohol of
oplosmiddelen. · Er zijn geen onderdelen in het toestel die door de gebruiker gerepareerd kunnen worden, behalve de
zekering. Bestel eventuele reserveonderdelen bij uw plaatselijke dealer. · Bewaar het toestel op een droge, goed geventileerde, stofvrije ruimte.

Veiller à ce que les fentes de ventilation ne soient pas bloquées. Pour une circulation d'air optimale, laisser une distance de minimum 1" (± 2.5 cm) entre l'appareil et tout autre objet devant les ouvertures. Placer l'appareil sur une surface plane, résistante à la chaleur. Ne pas le placer sur un tapis, tissu, etc.
Toujours débrancher l'appareil s'il n'est pas utilisé et avant le nettoyage ou l'entretien. Tirer sur la fiche pour débrancher l'appareil ; non pas sur le câble.
Protéger contre la poussière et les températures extrêmes.
Protéger l'appareil des chocs. Traiter l'appareil avec circonspection pendant l'opération.
Ne pas utiliser l'appareil si le boîtier ou le câblage est endommagé. Ne pas essayer de réparer l'appareil soi-même, contacter votre revendeur.

5. Emploi
5.1 Introduction
L'appareil est une alimentation DC à haute précision avec une sortie réglable. Cette sortie peut être utilisée pour le voltage constant (CV) et le courant constant (C.C.). Le voltage de sortie peut être réglé entre 0 et 30 V quand l'appareil est en mode de voltage constant (mode C.V.). Le point de limitation de courant peut également être réglé arbitrairement dans ce mode. (± 12 A max.) Le courant de sortie peut être réglé (en continu) entre 0 et 10 A en mode de courant constant. Le courant et le voltage de sortie sont indiqués par des écrans à LED.
5.2 Utilisation de l'appareil comme source de C.C.
1. Tourner les boutons [3] et [4] complètement vers la droite avant d'activer l'appareil. 2. Activer l'appareil. 3. Utiliser bouton [5] pour obtenir un voltage proche de la valeur souhaitée. 4. Par conséquent, pour régler la valeur exacte, vous devez utiliser le bouton de réglage fin [6].
L'indicateur de C.V. s'allume.
5.3 Connecter la Charge
· La charge est connectée comme indiqué à la figure ci-dessous. · Vous pouvez lire le courant de sortie [1] et le voltage de sortie [2] de l'écran dès que l'appareil est activé. · L'indicateur de C.V. [8] s'allume quand l'appareil est en mode C.V. · La LED de C.V. est éteint et la LED de C.C. s'allume quand l'écran d'amp indique une valeur supérieur à la
valeur réglée. Dans ce cas, l'appareil passe automatiquement en mode de limitation de courant. Installer une charge supportée par l'appareil.

5.4 Utilisation de l'appareil comme source de C.C.
1. Utiliser l'interrupteur d'alimentation [9] pour activer l'appareil. 2. Tourner les boutons [5] et [6] complètement vers la droite et tourner les boutons [3] et [4] complètement
vers la gauche. 3. Connecter la charge. 4. Régler [3] et [4] jusqu'à ce que le courant désiré a été obtenu.
L'indicateur de C.C. s'allume quand l'indicateur de C.V. est éteint

5.5 Utilisation du réglage de limitation de courant en mode C.V.
1. Placer les boutons [3] et [4] en position maximum. 2. Vous pouvez maintenant définir le point de limitation de courant arbitrairement (max. ± 12A). 3. Procéder comme suit : activer l'appareil, connecter une charge variable et régler la charge de façon de

6. Nettoyage et entretien

· Il n'y a aucune pièce réparable par l'utilisateur sauf le fusible. Commander des pièces de rechange éventuelles chez votre revendeur.
· Stocker l'appareil dans un endroit sec, bien ventilé et sans poussière.

5. Funcionamiento
5.1 Introducción
El aparato es una fuente de alimentación DC muy precisa con salida regulable. Es posible utilizar esta salida para tensión Es posible ajustar la tensión de salida entre 0 V y 30 V si el aparato está en el modo de tensión continua (C.V.). En este modo, también es posible ajustar el límite de corriente (máx. ± 12 A) de forma arbitraria. En el modo corriente continua, es posible ajustar la corriente de salida de forma continua entre 0 y 10 A . La salida de corriente y la salida de tensión se visualizan en pantallas LED.
5.2 Utilizar el aparato como fuente C.V.
1. Gire los botones [3] y [4] completamente hacia la derecha antes de activar el aparato. 2. Active el aparato. 3. Utilice el botón [5] para seleccionar una tensión que casi coincida con el valor deseado. 4. Utilice el ajuste fino [6] para seleccionar el valor exacto.
El indicador C.V. se iluminará.
5.3 Conectar una carga
· La carga está conectada como se indica en el dibujo. · La corriente de salida [1] y la tensión de salida [2] se visualizarán en la pantalla en cuanto el aparato esté
activado. · El indicador C.V. [8] se iluminará si el aparato está en el modo C.V. · El LED C.V. está apagado y el LED C.C. se iluminará si la pantalla Amp visualiza un valor que sobrepase el
valor introducido. Si fuera el caso, el aparato activará automáticamente el modo de límite de corriente. Instale una carga con la que el aparato puede funcionar normalmente.

5.4 Utilizar el aparato como fuente C.C.
1. Active el aparato con el interruptor ON/OFF [9]. 2. Gire los botones [5] y [6] completamente hacia la derecha y gire los botones [3] y [4] completamente
hacia la izquierda. 3. Conecte la carga. 4. Ajuste [3] y [4] hasta que alcance la corriente deseada.
El indicador C.C. se iluminará y el indicador C.V. está apagado.

5.5 Ajustar el límite de corriente en el modo C.V.
1. Ponga los botones [3] y [4] en la posición máxima. 2. Ahora, puede ajustar el límite de corriente de forma arbitraria (máx. ± 12A). 3. Haga lo siguiente: Active el aparato, conecte una carga regulable y ajuste la carga hasta que la corriente y
el límite de corriente coincidan. 4. Mientras tanto, manipule también los botones de corriente [3] y [4] hasta que el LED C.C. se ilumine. 5. El valor visualizado en la pantalla Amp coincide con el límite de corriente.

6. Limpieza y mantenimiento
· Desconecte el aparato de toda fuente antes de limpiarlo. · No dañe los cables de alimentación. El mantenimiento debe ser realizado por un técnico cualificado. · Limpie el aparato regularmente con un paño húmedo sin pelusas. No utilice alcohol ni disolventes. · El usuario no habrá de efectuar el mantenimiento de ninguna pieza salvo el fusible. Contacte con su
distribuidor si necesita piezas de recambio. · Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, bien aireado y sin polvo.

2. Sicherheitshinweise
Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte vom Gerät fern.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich. Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Regen und Feuchte. Setzen Sie das Gerät keiner Flüssigkeit wie z.B. Tropf- oder Spritzwasser, aus. Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit befüllten Gegenstände auf das Gerät.
KEINESFALLS. Das Berühren von unter Spannung stehenden Leitungen könnte zu lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlägen führen. Es gibt keine zu wartenden Teile. Bestellen Sie eventuelle Ersatzteile bei Ihrem Fachhändler. Schließen Sie das Gerät immer an eine geerdete Steckdose an.
Achtung: Berühren Sie das Gehäuse während des Betriebs nicht, denn das Gehäuse heizt auf. Beachten Sie, dass die Lüftungsschlitze nicht blockiert werden. Beachten Sie eine minimale Entfernung von 1" (± 2.5 cm) zwischen dem Gerät und jedem anderen Gegenstand. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, hitzebeständige Oberfläche. 5. Bedienung
5.1 Einführung
Dieses Gerät ist ein sehr präzises, DC-Netzgerät mit einem einstellbaren Ausgang. Dieser Ausgang kann für Gleichspannung (C.V.) und für Gleichstrom (C.V.) verwendet werden. Stellen Sie die Ausgangsspannung zwischen 0 V und 30 V ein wenn das Gerät sich im Gleichspannungs-Modus befindet (C.V.). Die Strombegrenzung (max. ± 12 A) kann in diesem Modus auch willkürlich eingestellt werden. Im Gleichstrom-Modus kann der Ausgangsstrom kontinuierlich zwischen 0 und 10 A eingestellt werden. Der Ausgangsstrom und -Spannung werden in LED-Displays angezeigt.
5.2 Das Gerät als C.V.-Quelle verwenden
1. Drehen Sie Schalter [3] und [4] völlig nach rechts bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten. 2. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein. 3. Wählen Sie mit Taste [5] eine Spannung aus, die fast mit dem gewünschten Wert übereinstimmt. 4. Verwenden Sie die Feineinstellungs-Taste [6], um den exakten Wert einzustellen.
Die C.V.-Anzeige leuchtet.
5.3 Eine Last anschließen
· Die Last ist angeschlossen wie auf der Abbildung gezeigt. · Der Ausgangsstrom [1] und die Ausgangsspannung [2] wird im Display angezeigt sobald das Gerät
eingeschaltet wird. · Die C.V.-Anzeige [8] leuchtet wenn das Gerät sich im C.V.-Modus befindet. · Die C.V.-LED ist ausgeschaltet und die C.C.-LED leuchtet wenn das Amp-Display einen Wert anzeigt, der
den eingestellten Wert überschreitet. Ist dies der Fall, dann aktiviert das Gerät automatisch den Strombegrenzungs-Modus. Installieren Sie eine Last, mit der das Gerät nomal funktionieren kann.

5.4 Das Gerät als C.C.-Quelle verwenden
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem EIN/AUS-Schalter [9] ein. 2. Drehen Sie Schalter [5] und [6] völlig nach rechts und Schalter [3] und [4] völlig nach links. 3. Schließen Sie die Last an. 4. Regeln Sie [3] und [4] bis Sie den gewünschten Strom erreichen.
Die C.C.-Anzeige leuchtet nun und die C.V.-Anzeige ist ausgeschaltet.

5.5 Die Strombegrenzung im C.V.-Modus einstellen
1. Stellen Sie die Tasten [3] und [4] auf die maximale Position ein. 2. Sie können nun die Strombegrenzung willkürlich einstellen (max. ± 12A). 3. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, schließen Sie eine regelbare Last an und stellen Sie
diese so ein, dass der Strom und die gewünschte Strombegrenzung übereinstimmen. 4. Manipulieren Sie mittlerweile die Stromtasten [3] und [4] bis die C.C.-LED leuchtet. 5. Der Wert, der im Amp-Display angezeigt wird, stimmt mit der Strombegrenzung überein.

6. Reinigung und Wartung
· Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz ehe Sie mit den Servicearbeiten anfangen. · Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Netzkabel nicht beschädigt sind. Lassen Sie das Gerät von einer Fachkraft
installieren. · Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein feuchtes, fusselfreies Tuch. Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Alkohol oder
irgendwelche Lösungsmittel. · Außer Sicherung gibt es keine zu wartenden Teile. Bestellen Sie eventuelle Ersatzunterteile bei Ihrem
Fachhändler. · Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, gut gelüfteten, staubfreien Ort.

1. Introdução

2. Instruções de segurança
Mantenha o aparelho fora do alcance de crianças e pessoas não qualificadas.
Usar apenas em interiores. Proteger o aparelho contra a chuva e humidade ou qualquer tipo de salpicos ou gotas. Nunca coloque recipientes com líquidos em cima do aparelho. NUNCA desmonte ou abra a tampa do dispositivo em quaisquer circunstâncias. Tocar em cabos ligados à corrente pode provocar choques elétricos mortais. O utilizador não terá de fazer a manutenção das peças. Contacte o seu distribuidor caso necessite de peças de substituição. Ligue sempre o aparelho a uma tomada com ligação terra. Atenção: o exterior do aparelho aquece durante o funcionamento. Certifique-se sempre que os orifícios de ventilação não se encontram bloqueados. Para que exista suficiente circulação de ar deixe pelo menos 1" (±2.5 cm) de espaço à frente das aberturas. Coloque o aparelho numa superfície plana, resistente ao calor, nunca coloque o aparelho em cima de tapetes, tecidos... Desligue sempre a ficha da tomada quando o aparelho não estiver a ser usado ou quando estiverem a decorrer quaisquer operações de manutenção. Segure sempre na ficha para desligar o cabo da rede, nunca no próprio cabo.
Não exponha o equipamento ao pó nem a temperaturas extremas.

5. Utilização
5.1 Introdução
O dispositivo é uma fonte de alimentação DC regulada de alta precisão com uma saída regulável. Esta saída pode ser usada para voltagem constante (C.V.) e corrente constante (C.C.). A voltagem de saída pode ser ajustada entre 0V e 30V sempre que o dispositivo estiver no modo de voltagem constante ou modo C.V. O ponto limitador de corrente(máx. ± 12 A) pode também ser ajustado arbitrariamente neste modo. A saída de corrente pode ser ajustada continuamente entre 0 e 10 no modo de corrente constante. A corrente e voltagem de saída são indicadas através de visores LCD.
5.2 Usar o aparelho como fonte de C.V.
1. Rode os botões [3] e [4] completamente para a direita antes de ativar o aparelho. 2. Ativar o aparelho. 3. Use o botão [5] para alcançar a voltagem mais próxima do valor desejado. 4. Em seguida, deverá usar o botão de sintonia fina[6] para definir o valor exacto.
O indicador C.V. é ativado.
5.3 Ligar a Carga
· A carga é ligada conforme indicado na figura abaixo. · Pode visualizar a corrente de saída[1] e a voltagem de saída [2] no visor assim que o aparelho for ligado. · O indicador C.V. [8] acende caso o aparelho esteja no modo C.V. · O LED C.V. está desligado e o LED C.C. acende caso o visor do Amp indique um valor que exceda o valor
instalado. Quando isso acontece, o aparelho passa automaticamente para o modo limitador de corrente. Instale uma carga que permita que o dispositivo funcione normalmente.

5.4 Usar o dispositivo como fonte C.C.
1. Use o interruptor [9] para ativar o aparelho. 2. Rode os botões [5] e [6] completamente para a direita e rode os botões [3] e [4] completamente para a
esquerda. 3. Ligar a carga. 4. Ajuste [3] e [4] até alcançar a corrente desejada.
O indicador C.C. está agora aceso ao passo que o indicador C.V. está apagado.

5.5 Usar o ajuste do limitador de corrente no modo C.V.
1. Coloque os botões [3] e [4] to na posição máxima. 2. Pode agora definir o ponto limitador de corrente de forma arbitrária (máx. ± 12A). 3. Proceda da seguinte forma: ative o dispositivo, ligue uma carga variável e ajuste a carga de modo a que a
corrente coincida com o ponto limitador de corrente pretendido. 4. Entretanto, deverá também regular os botões [3] e [4] para a posição C.C. LED se enciende. 5. O valor apresentado no visor do Amp é idêntico ao ponto limitador de corrente.

6. Limpeza e manutenção
· Desligue o aparelho da corrente antes de qualquer actividade de manutenção. · Os cabos de alimentação não devem apresentar quaisquer danos. Contacte um técnico especializado para
instalar o aparelho. · Limpe o aparelho regularmente com um pano húmido sem pêlo. Evite o uso de álcool ou dissolventes. · Não existem peças para serem reparadas pelo utilizador, à excepção do fusível. Contacte o seu distribuidor
no caso de necessitar de peças de substituição. · Guarde o aparelho num local seco, bem ventilado, e livre de poeiras.

Since its foundation in 1972, Velleman® acquired extensive experience in the electronics world and currently distributes its products in over 85 countries. All our products fulfil strict quality requirements and legal stipulations in the EU. In order to ensure the quality, our products regularly go through an extra quality check, both by an internal quality department and by specialized external organisations. If, all precautionary measures notwithstanding, problems should occur, please make appeal to our warranty (see guarantee conditions).
General Warranty Conditions Concerning Consumer Products (for EU):
· All consumer products are subject to a 24-month warranty on production flaws and defective material as from the original date of purchase. · Velleman® can decide to replace an article with an equivalent article, or to refund the retail value totally or partially when the complaint is valid and a free repair or replacement of the article is impossible, or if the expenses are out of proportion. You will be delivered a replacing article or a refund at the value of 100% of the purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in the first year after the date of purchase and delivery, or a replacing article at 50% of the purchase price or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail value in case of a flaw occurred in the second year after the date of purchase and delivery.
· Not covered by warranty:
- all direct or indirect damage caused after delivery to the article (e.g. by oxidation, shocks, falls, dust, dirt, humidity...), and by the article, as well as its contents (e.g. data loss), compensation for loss of profits; - consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject to an aging process during normal use, such as batteries (rechargeable, non-rechargeable, built-in or replaceable), lamps, rubber parts, drive belts... (unlimited list); - flaws resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, accident, natural disaster, etc....; - flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting from improper handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions; - damage caused by a commercial, professional or collective use of the article (the warranty validity will be reduced to six (6) months when the article is used professionally); - damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and shipping of the article; - all damage caused by modification, repair or alteration performed by a third party without written permission by Velleman®. · Articles to be repaired must be delivered to your Velleman® dealer, solidly packed (preferably in the original packaging), and be completed with the original receipt of purchase and a clear flaw description. · Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the manual and check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes prior to presenting the article for repair. Note that returning a non-defective article can also involve handling costs. · Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to shipping costs. · The above conditions are without prejudice to all commercial warranties.

Om de kwaliteit te waarborgen, ondergaan onze producten op regelmatige tijdstippen een extra kwaliteitscontrole, zowel door onze eigen kwaliteitsafdeling als door externe gespecialiseerde organisaties. Mocht er ondanks deze voorzorgen toch een probleem optreden, dan kunt u steeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg (zie waarborgvoorwaarden).
Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden consumentengoederen (voor Europese Unie):
· Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een garantieperiode van 24 maanden op productie- en materiaalfouten en dit vanaf de oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum. · Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis reparatie of vervanging van een artikel onmogelijk is of indien de kosten hiervoor buiten verhouding zijn, kan Velleman® beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te vervangen door een gelijkwaardig artikel of de aankoopsom van het artikel gedeeltelijk of volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt u een vervangend product of terugbetaling ter waarde van 100% van de aankoopsom bij ontdekking van een gebrek tot één jaar na aankoop en levering, of een vervangend product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na één jaar tot 2 jaar.
· Valt niet onder waarborg:
- alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade na de levering veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie, schokken, val, stof, vuil, vocht...), en door het toestel, alsook zijn inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor eventuele winstderving. - verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die onderhevig zijn aan veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv. batterijen (zowel oplaadbare als niet-oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen onderdelen, aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst). - defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem, ongevallen, natuurrampen, enz. - defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid of door een onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnormaal gebruik of gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de voorschriften van de fabrikant. - schade ten gevolge van een commercieel, professioneel of collectief gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik wordt de garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand). - schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij transport van het apparaat. - alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of modificaties uitgevoerd door derden zonder toestemming van Velleman®. · Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden bij uw Velleman®verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een degelijke verpakking (bij voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een duidelijke foutomschrijving bij. · Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan te bieden, kijk nog eens na of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het toestel niet naar behoren werkt (zie handleiding). Op deze wijze kunt u kosten en tijd besparen. Denk eraan dat er ook voor niet-defecte toestellen een kost voor controle aangerekend kan worden. · Bij reparaties buiten de waarborgperiode zullen transportkosten aangerekend worden. · Elke commerciële garantie laat deze rechten onverminderd.
Bovenstaande opsomming kan eventueel aangepast worden naargelang de aard van het product (zie handleiding van het betreffende product).

L'appareil doit nécessairement être accompagné du bon d'achat d'origine et être dûment conditionné (de préférence dans l'emballage d'origine avec mention du défaut) ; · tuyau : il est conseillé de consulter la notice et de contrôler câbles, piles, etc. avant de retourner l'appareil. Un appareil retourné jugé défectueux qui s'avère en bon état de marche pourra faire l'objet d'une note de frais à charge du consommateur ; · une réparation effectuée en-dehors de la période de garantie fera l'objet de frais de transport ; · toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas atteinte aux conditions susmentionnées.

Para garantizar la calidad, sometemos nuestros productos regularmente a controles de calidad adicionales, tanto a través de nuestro propio servicio de calidad como de un servicio de calidad externo. En el caso improbable de que surgieran problemas a pesar de todas las precauciones, es posible recurrir a nuestra garantía (véase las condiciones de garantía).
Condiciones generales referentes a la garantía sobre productos de venta al público (para la Unión Europea):

Devuelva el aparato con la factura de compra original y transpórtelo en un embalaje sólido (preferentemente el embalaje original). Incluya también una buena descripción del fallo; · Consejo: Lea el manual del usuario y controle los cables, las pilas, etc. antes de devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un defecto en el artículo los gastos podrían correr a cargo del cliente; · Los gastos de transporte correrán a carga del cliente para una reparación efectuada fuera del período de garantía. · Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye estos derechos.

Wszystkie nasze produkty spelniaj surowe wymagania jakociowe oraz wypelniaj normy i dyrektywy obowizujce w krajach UE. W celu zapewnienia najwyszej jakoci naszych produktów, przechodz one regularne oraz dodatkowo wyrywkowe badania kontroli jakoci, zarówno naszego wewntrznego dzialu jakoci jak równie wyspecjalizowanych firm zewntrznych. · Produkt nie podlega naprawie gwarancyjnej: - gdy wszystkie bezporednie lub porednie szkody spowodowane s dzialaniem czynników rodowiskowych lub losowych (np. przez utlenianie, wstrzsy, upadki, kurz, brud, ...), wilgotnoci; - gwarant nie ponosi odpowiedzialnoci za szkody wynikajcych z utraty danych; - produkty konsumenckie, czci zamienne lub akcesoria podatne na process starzenia, wynikajcego z normalnego uytkowania, np: baterie (ladowalne, nieladowalne, wbudowane lub wymienne), arówki, paski napdowe, gumowe elementy napdowe... W przypadku wysylki towaru w opakowaniu innym ni oryginalnym ryzyko usterki produktu oraz tego skutki przechodz na wlaciciela produktu. Wraz z niesprawnym produktem naley dolczy jasny i szczególowy opis jego usterki, wady; · Wskazówka: Aby zaoszczdzi na kosztach i czasie, prosz szczególowo zapozna si z instrukcja obslugi; czy przyczyn wady s okolicznoci techniczne czy te wynikaja wylcznie z nieznajomoci obslugi produktu. W przypadku wysylki sprawnego produktu do serwisu nabywca moe zosta obciony kosztmi obslugi oraz transportu.

Condições gerais com respeito a garantia sobre os produtos grande público (para a UE):
