1. Packing List

2. About the Smart Band
The KOSPET TANK X1 features:
- Sport Key: Used for initiating sports modes.
- Power Key: Used for turning the device on/off, returning to previous menus, or turning the display on/off.
- Heart Rate & Blood Oxygen Sensor: Located on the back of the device for monitoring vital signs.
- Charging Port: Magnetic connection point for charging.

3. About Band Keys
1) Power Key:
- Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the band on or off.
- Short press to return to the previous menu.
- Short press to turn the display on or off.
2) Sport Key:
- Short press to enter Sports Modes.
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to end the current sports mode and save the sports record.

4. Charging Tips
- Please fully charge the smart band before first use.
- When charging, keep the magnetic charging cable away from any metal conductor to avoid a short circuit.

5. Pair & Connect
5.1 Download the KOSPET FIT App
There are two ways to download the KOSPET FIT app:
- Scan the provided QR code with your smartphone to download and install the app. [QR code image description]

5.2 Pair and Connect
When first using the KOSPET FIT app, grant necessary permissions:
- Allow access to Bluetooth.
- Allow access to location services.
- Allow notifications to be sent.

To pair the device:
- In the KOSPET FIT app, navigate to "Search Device".
- Find "TANK X1" and tap "Pair".
- Confirm the Bluetooth Pairing Request on your smartphone.

5.3 Allow Notifications
Allow KOSPET FIT to access your smartphone's notifications to receive alerts on your TANK X1. You can set specific app notifications (calls, texts, etc.) within the KOSPET FIT app.

6. Settings on Band Faces
6.1 Switch Band Faces
Press and hold the band face for 2 seconds to quickly switch between different watch faces.

6.2 Always-On Display (AOD)
To enable the Always-On Display:
- Enter "Settings".
- Navigate to "AOD".
- Enable the AOD feature.

To customize AOD:
- Set AOD Style: Navigate to "Settings → AOD → Style 1" (or Style 2, Style 3) to choose the display appearance.
- Set AOD Schedule: Navigate to "Settings → AOD → Effective Duration" to set the time period for AOD to be active.

Note: Enabling AOD may reduce battery life.
7. Setting Alarm Clock
To set an alarm:
- Enter the "Alarm Clock" application on the band.
- Tap "Add alarm".
- Select "Edit Alarm" to set the time and repeat options.
- Tap "Save".

8. Setting up Remote Control
Use the smart band to control your compatible smartphone:
- Camera: Use the band to take photos remotely.
- Music: Control music playback on your smartphone.

9. Updating Firmware on KOSPET TANK X1
To update the device firmware:
- Ensure your TANK X1 is connected to the KOSPET FIT app.
- Navigate to the firmware update section within the app's settings.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the latest firmware.

10. Setting up Sports Modes with Smart Recognition
Enable smart recognition for sports activities:
- Navigate to "Settings" on the smartwatch.
- Select "Sport Recognition".
The smart band supports smart recognition for four sports movements: walking, running, elliptical, and rowing.

Smart Recognition Activation:
- Walking: Activated by a continuous walk for 10 minutes. The band will prompt to start "Outdoor Walking" or "Indoor Walking".
- Running: Activated by a continuous run for 3 minutes. The band will prompt to start "Outdoor Running" or "Indoor Running".
- Elliptical & Rower: Activated by continuous exercises for 3 minutes on an elliptical trainer or a rowing machine, respectively. The band will prompt to start the respective activity.

14. Key Safety Tips
- Do not expose the smart band to extremely high-temperature environments (e.g., direct sunlight, heaters, ovens, microwave ovens, water heaters) as this may cause battery explosions or other safety accidents.
- The product contains an irremovable lithium-polymer battery. Do not attempt to disassemble it to avoid safety accidents.
- While the product has passed multiple waterproof tests, internal parts may experience wear and tear affecting sealing performance. Wear and use the smart band carefully during swimming and diving, but avoid wearing it in a sauna room or for a hot shower.
- This product is not designed as a medical device. Heart rate, blood pressure, and other health data are for reference only and not for clinical diagnosis.
