Introduction
Camera Cranes are important tools in filmmaking for adding visual interest to shots. The Proaim Alphabet 21ft Jib Crane Package is designed to be highly stable, lightweight, compact, and quick to assemble, making it suitable for various shooting scenarios.

Jib Configuration
The jib crane is comprised of several sections:
- Section 1
- Section 2 (PROAIM Alphabet)
- Section 2a
- Section 2b
- Section 2c
- Section 3
These sections are designed to connect and extend the jib arm.

The package includes various accessories for assembly and operation:
- Support Rod
- Cable Guide
- Weight rod with weight closer

Assembly Instructions
Assembling Jib Sections
Step 1: Mount the Hub
Install the Hub (Section 2 of Jib) into the bowl of your 100 mm tripod stand and tighten the hub with the center locking knob.

Step 2: Connect Section 3 to Section 2
Loosen the provided knob at the end of Section 2 to slide the bars of Section 3 into the end of Section 2. Then, tighten both sections together using the provided knobs.

Step 3: Connect Remaining Sections
Connect Section 2a with 2, 2b with 2a, 2c with 2b, and Section 1 with 2c, following similar connection procedures.
Assembling Cable Guide and Support Rod
Step 1: Attach Cable Guide
Attach the cable guide to the cable guide clamp on the 2nd section properly. Loosen the knob ahead of the cable guide clamp in order to attach the cable guide support rod to it.

Step 2: Secure Support Rod
Retighten the knob to secure the support rod properly.

Assembling Cables
Step 1: Attach Blue Cables
Attach one end of a 14.5ft blue cable to the blue hook on the back side of the jib (Section 3) and the other end of the blue cable to the blue hook on the front section of the jib (Section 1).

Step 2: Attach Second Blue Cable
Similarly, attach the second blue cable and align both blue cables to the side of the support rod.

Step 3: Attach Red Cables
Attach one end of a 14.3ft red cable to the red hook on the back side of the jib (Section 3) and align the red cable to the cable guide from the top.

Step 4: Attach Other Red Cable End
Then, attach the other end of the red cable to the red hook on the front section of the jib (Section 1).

Adjusting the Wire Tensioner
The wires feature a screw-in wire adjustment system to adjust wire tension and level the jib.

Locking the Jib Arm
The jib arm can be locked in its tilting position with the help of a specific knob.

Weight Rods and Accessories
Insert the weight rod & weights (not supplied) to both ends and secure them with the help of closers.

The central fork has a free hole to attach an LCD mount bracket (not included).

The camera plate can be tilted upwards & downwards with the help of the provided handle.

Mounting Camera on Head Platform
A camera can be mounted directly on the head platform with the help of the provided chuknut.

Warranty
Proaim offers a one-year warranty for its products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products due to materials or craftsmanship during normal use. Shipping costs for returns are not covered, and any VAT or import duties will be charged to the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by products not supplied by Proaim, mishandling, transit damage, accident, misuse, neglect, lack of care, or unauthorized service.
Proaim is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Replacement parts after the warranty period will be provided at nominal cost plus shipping. Within the warranty period, Proaim covers the cost of sending replacement parts.
