About the Watch
Watch Buttons:

Watch Charging
- Please fully charge the smartwatch before first use.
- Plug the watch charger's USB connector into a power adapter or a computer's USB port.
- Place the watch onto the charger, ensuring proper direction and position, and that the metal contacts on the back of the watch are closely connected to the charger's base.
Notes:
- Use the KOSPET original magnetic charger. Ensure the charger is dry and free of metallic foreign objects.
- Use a power adapter with an output current of 500mA or more, certified to meet safety standards.

App Installation
Download the KOSPET FIT App to access more sports and health data, personal settings, and to facilitate a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Method One: Scan the QR code

Method Two: Search in App Stores
Enter "KOSPET FIT" on the App Store or Google Play to download and install the App.

App Registration and Sign-in

- Open the App, allow it to access Bluetooth, location, and grant other necessary permissions on your phone.
- Register and sign in to the App.
Watch Pairing

- Follow the prompts on the App to find and add the device (smartwatch).
- Allow the watch to connect to the App on your smartwatch.
Note: Do not pair the watch directly via your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings.
Bluetooth Calling Setup
For iPhones: Once the watch is connected to the App, tap the call icon on the watch to enable Bluetooth calling.
For Android Phones: Once the App is connected to the watch, tap 'Pair' on the App to enable Bluetooth calling.

OTA Update
Enter the Device page on the App, then tap 'Firmware Update' for the latest firmware version.

Watch Gestures
Shortcut Menu: Swipe down on the watch face to enter the Shortcut Menu. Customize by tapping the '+' icon.

Use of Physical Buttons
SEL button
Short press:
- On the watch face: Enter the App list.
- During a workout: Pause/resume or unlock the workout.
- On a confirmation page: Confirm an action.
- On Timer or Stopwatch: Pause or resume.
- On the control center: Enter Settings.
Long press:
- Press for 3s: Power on/off, restart, or activate Emergency SOS.
- Press for 12s: Force a restart.

BACK button
Short press:
- On the watch face: Open the workout list. Press again to return to the watch face (customizable).
- On other pages: Return to the previous page.
- On a confirmation page: Cancel an action.
- On Timer: End the current countdown timer and return to the timer list.
- On Stopwatch: End the current stopwatch and start split timing.
- On a paused stopwatch: Stop timing.
Long press:
- Press for 3s during a workout: End the workout and save details.
- Press for 3s on the watch face: Activate Voice Assistant.

UP button
Short press:
- On the watch face: Open the control center.
- On other list pages: Scroll up.
- On long pages: Scroll up.

- On the brightness adjustment page: Increase screen brightness.

DOWN button
Short press:
- On the watch face: View widgets.
- On other list pages: Scroll down.
- On long pages: Scroll down.

Change Watch Faces
- Long press the watch face, then swipe left or right to replace the current watch face.
- Enter the KOSPET FIT App to download more watch faces from the Watch Face Gallery, including those for always-on display.

Sports Recognition
Once enabled, the watch will remind you whether to enter the corresponding sports mode via a pop-up reminder when you begin activities like walking, running, cycling, elliptical training, or rowing.

Security Tips
- Do not expose the watch to extremely high temperatures or high-temperature equipment (ovens, microwaves, water heaters). High temperatures may cause battery explosions or other safety accidents.
- The watch contains an irremovable lithium-polymer battery. Do not attempt to disassemble it to avoid potential safety hazards.
- This watch has passed multiple waterproof tests. However, daily use, wear, and tear on internal components may affect sealing performance. Wear carefully during swimming or diving, but avoid wearing in saunas or during hot showers.
- This product is not a professional medical device. Health data (heart rate, blood pressure) is for reference only and cannot be used as a clinical basis.

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
