How to pair SoundPEATS Opera03?

  1. Please open the charging case, then long press the button for 3S on the side of the charging case until the indicator light of the charging case flashes white, then the two earbuds enter the pairing state.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and select SOUNDPEATS Opera03 to complete the pairing.

How to reset SoundPEATS Opera03?

  1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, and make sure they are correctly placed.
  2. When the charging case is open, press and hold the button on the side of the charging case for 10S until the red and white light of the charging case alternately flash twice, and the reset is completed.
  3. Please close the charging case and open it again, the earbuds are activated.

How to wear the SoundPEATS Opera03?

  1. Identify the left and the right earbuds.
  2. Rotate the earbuds and find the most comfortable position.

What can I do if the earbuds stopped connecting to my device?

  1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all previously connected devices.
  2. Clear Bluetooth listings on your device and restart the device.
  3. Place the earbuds into the charging case to reset them.
  4. Activate Bluetooth on the device and select "SOUNDPEATS Opera03" from the list to pair.

What can I do if the left earbud and the right earbud won't work together?

  1. Clean the charging connectors with light sandpaper or a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol to ensure proper charging.
  2. Place the earbuds into the charging case to reset them.

What can I do if the earbuds connect to my phone, but not my Mac-book/computer?

  1. Unpair the earbuds from your phone to lose the Bluetooth connection to the phone.
  2. Place the earbuds into the charging case to reset them.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your Mac-book/computer and connect.
  4. If issues persist, update your computer's Bluetooth driver. Drivers must be obtained from the specific computer manufacturer's website. Restart your system after installation before attempting to pair.

Why is the signal intermittent when I am outdoors?

Bluetooth signals can be interfered with by subways, high-speed rails, trains, dense traffic lights, car engines, etc. If your phone is in your pocket and the earbud is diagonal to it, the signal can be affected due to human body blocking. If the left earbud is the primary one, try keeping your phone in your left pocket for better signal.

How to change into Noise reduction/transparency/normal mode?

Long press the left touch button for 1.5 seconds.

How to enter/exit Game mode?

Why does the volume of the earbuds reduce after a period of time?

  1. The sound hole may be blocked by foreign objects. Gently clean it with a little alcohol to remove dust or secretions.
  2. Try connecting to other devices to see if the problem persists.
  3. Remove the silicone ear piece and gently clean the screen with a little alcohol.

What can I do if one earbud is quieter than the other?

  1. Try different songs or videos, as sound effects can be unstable with certain content.
  2. Change devices: Unpair and delete from the original device, pair to a new device, play music, then unpair and delete from the new device, and finally pair back with the original device.
  3. Reset the earbuds.
  4. Adjust the "Audio Equalizer" on your phone:
    • For iPhone: Go to [General] > [Accessibility] > [Hearing].
    • For Android: Go to [Accessibility features] > [Accessibility] > [Audio balance].

Why the other side could not hear me when calling?

  1. Ensure phone calls are set to pick up via the earbuds.
  2. Do not mute phone calls.
  3. Clean the microphone holes to remove dust or secretions.
  4. Wear both earbuds instead of just one.
  5. Adjust the volume through both the earbuds and the connected device.
  6. For Android users, check settings to ensure both phone audio and media audio are allowed through the earbuds.
  7. Try connecting to other devices.

Why does the mic on the left earbud not work?

  1. Check if the left earbud is worn independently. Try wearing both earbuds.
  2. When wearing only the left earbud, place the right earbud into the charging case or turn it off.

Why doesn't the mic work well when the earbuds are connected to the PC/laptop?

On some older Windows versions, connecting to a PC/laptop may present two options: "SOUNDPEATS Opera03 Hands- Free AG Audio" and "SOUNDPEATS Opera03 Stereo". Choose "SOUNDPEATS Opera03 Stereo" for media audio. For call audio, manually switch to "SOUNDPEATS Opera03 Hands- Free AG Audio".

How to charge the charging case?

  1. Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current no more than 1A).
  2. Charge the earbuds and charging cases at least once every 3 months if not in use for a long time.

What should I do if the charging case won't charge?

Try using another known working charging cable to charge the case for over 10 hours via your computer. As headphones are low-power products, avoid using fast chargers for safety.

Why are the earbuds still connecting to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?

  1. The charging case may have no remaining power, preventing it from turning off the earbuds if the case battery is dead.
  2. Ensure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case and that the charging contacts are clean. Clean the contacts with a dry cloth or dry paper towel.

Does not using the earbuds for a long time without charging cause them not to turn on or the battery to drain quickly?

The earbuds' battery requires maintenance. Charge electronics at least every three months. Failure to do so can lead to deep self-discharge, potentially damaging the battery. Additionally, improper storage (e.g., in damp conditions) can damage the earbuds. If the earbuds haven't been used for several months, the battery may be dead. Check if the charging case has power and if the charging contacts are clean. If not, clean them. For earbuds that won't turn on or drain rapidly, repeatedly place them in the charging case for 2 hours, close the cover, and try again for 1-2 days.

Touch Control

What can I do if the touch controls do not work always?

  1. Touch the middle of the control zone. Ensure your hands are dry, as moisture can affect touch control.
  2. Try skipping songs multiple times to find the optimal frequency for control. Be patient if the frequency is not immediately apparent.
  3. As an alternative, discharge the earbuds, then charge and reset them.

App

How to register an account?

  1. Fill in your email address and set/confirm your password.
  2. Click "get verification code".
  3. Type in the verification code received via email.
  4. Finish the registration.

Fail to receive the verification code?

  1. Ensure your phone has a stable network connection and try sending the code again after about 2 minutes.
  2. Check your spam or junk email folders.
  3. Try registering with a different email address.
  4. Uninstall and then reinstall the SoundPEATS App, restarting your device before registering again.
  5. Manually type your email address instead of using auto-fill, paying attention to the format of English letters and any spaces before or after the address.
  6. Temporarily disable any anti-virus or data encryption software on your phone.

What can I do if the earbuds won't connect to the APP?

  1. Ensure your SoundPEATS earbuds app is updated to the newest version.
  2. In the app, navigate to "about" (usually found via a menu icon) to check the SOUNDPEATS version and upgrade if necessary.
  3. Verify that the earbuds' Bluetooth name is the default "SOUNDPEATS Opera03". If you renamed it, revert to the original name and restart your phone, as custom names can cause connection issues.
  4. Ensure both earbuds are paired with each other and then connected to your phone. Only after the earbuds are connected to your phone, open the app to connect the earbuds.

Please try the following:
