"Connect Smart Device" cannot be used before re-connecting when the watch is disconnected by far distance. Please re-connect the APP by Bluetooth while the watch is disconnected during use. (Device must be re-connected by manual operation while disconnected for over 5 mins.) The measurement results of this product are for reference only and are not intended for any medical use or basis. Please follow the doctor's instructions. Do not self-diagnose and treat according to the measurements taken by this product.

Wear the watch on your wrist with suitable tightness. The watch band is removable.

APP Installation & Connecting

App Name: Oplayer Smart Life

Compatibility: Android 9.0 and above, iOS 12.0 and above, Bluetooth 5.3 support.

Download the "Oplayer Smart Life" APP from the Apple Store or Google Play Store by scanning the provided QR code or searching.

Connection Steps:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
2. Open the Oplayer Smart Life APP.
3. Tap "Connect Smart Device" and find your device, which will appear as 'PBTW299'.
4. Tap to connect.
5. You will receive a "Bluetooth Pairing Request" dialog; tap 'Pair' to connect. This will sync the time and date.
6. When prompted "Allow to Receive Your phone Notifications?", tap "Allow" to receive notifications on your watch.

Operations

Button Functions

• Long press (3 seconds): Power on/off the watch.
• Short press: Turn screen on/off, or go back to the last interface.

Shortcuts & Gestures

• Swipe up: Display mobile notifications.
• Long press (6 seconds) on watch face: Choose different clock faces.
• Swipe down: Access the left shortcuts menu.
• Tap ? [Do Not Disturb]: Turn on Do Not Disturb mode. Automatically adjusts brightness to lowest and disables raise-to-wake.
• Tap ⚙️ [System Info]: View MAC address and software version.
• Tap ? [Brightness]: Adjust screen brightness (1-5 levels).
• Tap ⚙️ [Settings]: Quick access to the settings menu.
• Tap ? [Power Off]: Shut down the watch.
• Swipe left: Navigate through steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep monitor, sport records, weather, and alarm clock.
• Swipe right: View the main menu.

Activity and Sport Tracking

• Activity: Tap the Activity icon to log daily steps, calories, and distance. Data is logged in the app when connected. Swipe right to exit.
• Heart Rate: Tap the Heart Rate icon to record your heart rate.
• SpO2 (Blood Oxygen): Tap the SpO2 icon to record your blood oxygen levels.
• Sport: Tap the Sport icon to select from various modes including walking, running, Treadmill, hiking, cycling, swimming, badminton, stair climber, elliptical, rower, skipping, golf, workout, and yoga. Each mode records time, calorie, and heart rate. A reminder appears when a sport goal is achieved.
• Sport Record: View past sport records.
• Sleep: Tap the Sleep icon to view sleep records and monitor sleep between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Stopwatch: Measure elapsed time.
• Notifications: View SMS, QQ, WeChat, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter notifications. Messages are automatically deleted after reading.
• Weather: Displays current time and weather conditions after connecting to your mobile phone via Bluetooth.

• Camera Shutter: Use the watch to control your phone's camera remotely.
• Sedentary Reminder: Turn on/off sedentary reminders and set time intervals via the APP.
• Alarm: Set alarms.
• Music Control: Control music playback (play/pause, next/previous song, volume).
• Timer: Measure time intervals.
• Breathing: Guided breathing exercises for inhale and exhale.
• Menstruation Tracking: Record cycle dates and set reminders.
• Settings: Access functions like Find my phone, Brightness, Screen off, Dial switch, Language, Menu style, Sleep Mode, System, Reset, Power off, and Vibration intensity.

Attentions & Troubleshooting

Bluetooth Connection Issues

• Ensure your mobile phone meets compatibility requirements (iOS 12.0+, Android 9.0+, Bluetooth 5.3+).
• Minimize signal interference by moving to an area with less magnetic fields or Bluetooth devices.
• Try turning your phone's Bluetooth off and on again.
• Clear phone background applications or restart your phone.
• Avoid connecting to multiple devices of the same type simultaneously.
• Ensure the Oplayer Smart Life APP is running in the background.

Cannot Find Watch

Ensure the watch is powered on and activated, and not connected to other mobile phones. Place the watch close to your phone and search again. If unsuccessful, turn off your phone's Bluetooth for 20 seconds, then restart it and search again.

Data Synchronization

Exercise and sleep data are stored on the watch. When connected to the phone, data is automatically uploaded. The watch stores approximately one week of data; older data is overwritten when space is full. Sync regularly. Incoming call and SMS reminders require an active Bluetooth connection; alarms support offline use.

Charging Issues

• Verify the charging stand orientation and ensure the charging clip makes good contact with the watch.
• When the watch power is below 3.6V, there may be a battery precharge period.
• After plugging in the charger, the watch may take 3-5 minutes to display the charging state if the battery is very low.

The device's radiation is negligible and well below FCC standards.

90-Day Warranty

This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. The remedy is repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option. Costs associated with returning the product are the user's responsibility. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, normal wear, or damage from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is void if the product is used for purposes other than single-family household use or subjected to incorrect voltage/waveform.
