Baby Safe Sleep Tips
- Read all warnings and follow all instructions.
- The safest place for your baby to sleep is in a JPMA Certified crib. [JPMA Certified]
- Your baby should sleep on a firm mattress.
- DO NOT place any items in the crib. Pillows and blankets have caused infants to suffocate, NEVER use in a crib.
- NEVER place the crib near a window or any wall hangings.
- Adult beds are not safe for babies: NEVER co-sleep.
AAP Recommends: Always lay your baby on its back to sleep. Consult your doctor.
Furniture Safety Tips
⚠️ Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.
- Read all warnings and follow all instructions.
- ALWAYS use provided tipover restraints.
- DO NOT set TV's or other heavy objects on top of bedroom or nursery furniture.
- Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
- NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
- DO NOT leave drawers open when not in use.
- NEVER allow children to climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
Assembly, Use, and Care Notes
Assembly Notes:
- During the assembly process, check each screw or bolt by placing it on the diagram of the item drawn to actual size and design. Be sure to use the proper size and shape specified in the instructions.
- To assemble this unit, you may be required to place the unit on its side. It is strongly recommended that assembly is done on a soft, non-abrasive surface to avoid damaging the finish.
Use Notes:
- Keep children and others safe by following these simple rules:
- Do not allow any child to play on furniture.
- Do not allow climbing on any piece of furniture.
- Do not allow hanging from any piece of furniture.
- Always monitor your child's activity when in the nursery.
Care and Maintenance Notes:
- Do not scratch or chip the finish.
- Inspect the product periodically. Contact Delta Children's Products for replacement parts or questions.
- Do not store the product or any parts in extreme temperatures and conditions (e.g., hot attic, damp basement). These extremes can cause a loss of structural integrity.
- To preserve the luster of the high-quality finish, it is recommended to place a doily or felt pad under any items you place on the finish.
- Clean with a damp cloth, then a dry cloth to preserve the original luster and beauty of this fine finish.
- Do not use abrasive chemicals.
- Do not spray cleaners directly onto furniture.
- Lift slightly when moving on carpeting to prevent leg breakage.
- Use of a vaporizer near furniture will cause wood to swell and finish to peel.

Assembly Instructions
Section 1: Crib Assembly
Step 1: Attach Posts to Crib Ends
Attach (1) Left Post (Part B) and (1) Right Post (Part C) to (1) Crib End (Part A) using (2) M6 x 80 mm Bolts (Part BB). Tighten with the M4 Allen Wrench. Repeat on the other Crib End.
Step 2: Attach Crib Sides and Stabilizer Bars
Attach (1) Crib Side (Part D) and (1) Stabilizer Bar (Part E) to the assemblies from step 1 using (4) 4x30 mm Metal Pins (Part EE), (4) M6 x 120 mm Bolts (Part AA) and (4) M6x17mm Barrel Nuts (Part DD). Tighten with the M4 Allen Wrench. Use the Flat Head Screwdriver to hold the Barrel Nut in the proper alignment.
Step 3: Attach Remaining Crib Sides and Stabilizer Bars
Attach (1) Crib Side (Part D) and (1) Stabilizer Bar (Part E) to the assembly from step 2 using (4) 4x30 mm Metal Pins (Part EE), (4) M6 x 120 mm Bolts (Part AA) and (4) M6x17mm Barrel Nuts (Part DD). Tighten with the M4 Allen Wrench. Use the Flat Head Screwdriver to hold the Barrel Nut in the proper alignment.
Step 4: Attach Mattress Support
Attach the Mattress Support (Part F) in all corners using (1) M6x18 mm Bolt (Part CC) in each corner. Tighten with the M4 Allen Wrench. This may require 2 people.
⚠️ WARNINGS on the pouch attached to the mattress support must face up, springs must face up. This crib has (3) adjustment positions. Use the highest only for newborns; move the mattress down as the child grows.
To adjust the mattress support to one of the 3 height positions, remove the 18mm bolts (Part CC). Then install in the desired location.
Toddler Bed Conversion
Step 1: Prepare for Conversion
Remove the Crib Side and Stabilizer Bar installed in Step 2 of Section 1 crib assembly. REMOVE ONLY ONE SIDE.
Note: You may need to loosen the mattress support bolts. Be sure to retighten.
Step 2: Attach Conversion Components
Attach (1) Stabilizer Bar (Part E) to the assembly from section 2 step 1 using (2) 4x30 mm Metal Pins (Part EE), (2) M6 x 120 mm Bolts (Part AA) and (2) M6x17mm Barrel Nuts (Part DD). Tighten with the M4 Allen Wrench. Use the Flat Head Screwdriver to hold the Barrel Nut in the proper alignment.
Use (2) M6 x 80 mm Bolts (Part BB) and (2) M6 X 16mm Cap Nuts (Part FF) to fill the top bolt holes in each Post. Tighten with the M4 Allen Wrench.
Step 3: Finalize Conversion
The mattress support must be in the lowest positions.
Store all hardware safely.
Read all warnings on page 30.
Use as a day bed or love seat sofa.
Do Not use without conversion rail installed. Conversion rail must be used when converted to a toddler bed.

Important Safety Warnings
Toddler Bed Warnings:
⚠️ INFANTS HAVE DIED IN TODDLER BEDS FROM ENTRAPMENT. Openings in and between toddler bed parts can entrap head and neck of a small child.
NEVER use toddler bed with children younger than 15 months.
ALWAYS follow assembly instructions.
Maximum user weight: 50lbs (22.7kg).
Strangulation Hazard:
NEVER place bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
NEVER suspend strings over a bed.
NEVER place items with a string, cord, or ribbon around a child's neck.
Entrapment Hazard:
To avoid dangerous gaps, any mattress used in this bed shall be a full-size crib mattress at least 51 5/8 in (1310mm) in length, 27 1/4 in (690mm) in width and a max thickness of 6 in (150 mm).
Mattress Size Caution:
ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB SHALL BE AT LEAST 27 1/4 BY 51 5/8 IN. WITH A THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 IN.

This limited warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased as floor models or samples.
- Items purchased on an "as-is" basis, second hand, or resale.
- Items purchased at final sale, "Going out of Business" sale, or liquidation sale.
