Regulations & Conformity
Eurovent Certificate: 13.03.001
Operation
The VEX500 brings air into the building, filters it (up to 90% of PM1 particles), and recovers energy from the exhausted air using a high-efficiency heat exchanger. This fresh air can be heated and/or cooled using a complete range of batteries.
Product Description
The high-performance VEX500 is ideal for utility spaces. Thanks to its powerful heat exchanger and extensive range of filters and batteries, building occupants benefit from excellent indoor air quality (up to ePM1 90%) and superior thermal and acoustic comfort. The VEX500 also significantly reduces energy loss (heat exchanger efficiency up to 95%, Eurovent AAHE certified).

Operation and Airflow Representation
Diagram Description: The diagram visually represents the air flows within the VEX500 unit. It shows the path of incoming fresh air and outgoing stale air, highlighting the heat recovery process via the heat exchanger. Arrows indicate the direction and temperature of air streams (e.g., blue for cold/exhaust, red for warm/supply).
Performance Curves
Diagram Description: The document includes performance curves for the VEX525 unit, illustrating the relationship between airflow (Q in m³/h) and pressure (P in Pa) for static pressure, and airflow (Q in m³/h) and power consumption (P in W) for motor power. These curves are generated according to the NF EN ISO 5801 standard.
Curve 1 Description: Shows static pressure (P in Pa) on the y-axis and airflow rate (Q in m³/h) on the x-axis. It depicts how the unit's static pressure capability changes with airflow volume.
Curve 2 Description: Shows power consumption (P in W) on the y-axis and airflow rate (Q in m³/h) on the x-axis. It illustrates the unit's power usage relative to the volume of air being moved.
