Paper Pattern Care Instructions

To prolong the lifespan of the paper pattern, consider these options:

  • Option 1: Before cutting out pattern pieces, adhere a stiffer paper (cardstock or similar) with preferred adhesive.
  • Option 2: After cutting out pattern pieces, laminate individual pieces.

With proper care, these patterns can be used again and again!

  1. Cut required pieces. Before assembly, take the necessary steps to prepare leather and edges.
  2. Set the negative snaps on Main Body (A), Left Side Main Pocket Body (D), and Multi-Pocket (H).
  3. Set the positive snaps on Pocket Flap (I), Left Side Pocket Body Tab (J), and Main Body Tab (K).
  4. Layer the horizontal stitch lines of Passport Pocket Backwall (E), Passport Pocket Front Wall (F), and Credit Card Pocket Front Wall (G) and stitch to Left Side Main Pocket Body (D) "SS #1".

  11. Attach Right Side Main Pocket Body (B) and Main Body (A) together, hold in place with binder clips.
  12. Starting on the bottom center of Main Body (A), complete the final stitch around the entire piece.

  • An exterior view of the closed portfolio, featuring the flap and its snap closure.
  • A close-up view of the exterior, emphasizing the stitching details and the functionality of the snap closure.
