Cautions and Maintenance

Cautions

  • The device is not waterproof. Avoid contact with water or immersion to prevent damage to internal circuitry.
  • Wireless charging performance can vary. Avoid prolonged wireless charging in confined spaces, direct sunlight, or high-temperature environments, as this may cause the device to overheat and affect battery life. Stop charging once the device is fully charged.
  • For extended periods of non-use, turn off the power and unplug the power cord to preserve battery life.
  • If the device will not be used for a long time, fully charge it, then turn off the power to prevent battery power loss or degradation.

Maintenance Instructions

Clean the exterior with a soft, dry towel. Avoid storing the device in environments with long-term high temperature, humidity, or dust.

Q&A

  • Q: Why does the device get hot during wireless charging? Is it safe to charge wirelessly for a long time?
A: This device does not have overcharge protection for all wireless charging devices. It is not recommended to charge wirelessly for extended periods. Stop charging once fully charged to prevent overheating and potential battery damage. Wireless charging inherently generates heat; avoid charging in direct sunlight or enclosed spaces where heat dissipation is poor.
  • Q: Why can't I connect the audio device to another mobile phone?
A: The audio device can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time. You must disconnect the currently connected Bluetooth device before attempting to connect to a different one.
  • Q: Can I charge the speaker with a fast charging adapter? What are the effects?
A: This audio device does not support fast charging protocols. It is designed for charging with a DC 5V/1A (5W) adapter. Using adapters with higher wattage (over 10W) is not recommended, as it may damage the device.
  • Q: Why does the light turn off when I switch to FM radio mode? I can't control the light.
A: In FM radio mode, the LED light's radio waves may interfere with FM radio signals, affecting channel playback. Therefore, the light is automatically turned off.
  • Q: Why is there no response when I press the mode switch button in FM radio mode?
A: This might occur due to initial setup, changes in location, thunderstorms, or radio wave interference affecting signal reception. Follow the "FM Mode Operation" guide to re-search for radio stations.
