01 Overview

The Haylou Smart Watch 2 features a touch screen, a watch band, a function button, pogo pins for charging, and a heart rate sensor.

02 How to Wear

To wear the watch, place it about one finger's distance from your carpus. Adjust the tightness of the watch band for a comfortable fit. Note: A band that is too loose may impact the performance of the heart rate sensor.

03 How to Link

1. Hold the function button to power on the watch. A QR code will be displayed.

2. Use your phone to scan the QR code to install the companion mobile application. You may also scan the QR code provided below to install the app.

04 How to Use

Navigation and Controls:

• In the Home Page, slide down from the top of the watch face to open Quick Settings.
• In the Home Page, slide up from the bottom of the watch face to open the Control Panel.
• In the Home Page, slide right or left to skip to the previous or next page.
• When not on the Home Page, slide from the left edge to the right edge to return to the previous page.
• In the Home Page, touch and hold the screen for 3 seconds to enter the Watch Face Change mode.

Function Button Operations:

• Hold the function button for 3 seconds to power on/off the watch.
• Press the function button to return to the Home Page (when only one page is open).
• Press the function button to skip to the previous page (when two pages are open).
• Press the function button to pause or resume your workout (during an active workout).

• ? 12 Sport Modes: Includes jogging, hiking, biking, climbing, spinning, indoor running, yoga, gym, free training, basketball, football, and boating.
• ? Heart Rate Monitoring: Provides 24-hour heart rate monitoring with continuous record-keeping.
• ? Sleep Tracking: Monitors your sleep time and sleep status.
• ☀️ Weather Forecast: Displays the weather forecast for the upcoming three days and the real-time temperature.
• ? Remote Music Control: Allows remote control of music playback on your phone. The watch cannot play music independently.
• ? Breathing Exercise: Assists in adjusting your breath and promoting relaxation.
• ✔️ Accuracy: Measurements are accurate up to two decimal places.
• ⏱️ Timer: Features a full-screen timer.
• ⏰ Alarm Clock: Allows you to open, set, check, and close alarms.
• ? Sedentary Reminder: Notifies you to get up and move if you have been sitting for too long.

06 How to Charge

1. Charge the watch using the provided charging cable, ensuring the pogo pins make good contact with the watch.
2. Use a qualified adapter with an output voltage of 5V and an output current of 0.5A or above.
3. If the watch has not been used for a long time, the charging icon may not appear immediately. Continue charging for over a minute until the icon shows.
4. Always keep the pogo pins dry.

Notes

1. Haylou reserves the right to revise this User Manual without prior notice. Some functions may differ based on software versions.
2. Please charge the watch for more than 2 hours before the first use.
3. This product is rated IP68 waterproof. However, do not immerse it in hot water or other corrosive liquids, or wear it for diving to depths exceeding 3 meters. Any defects caused by such usage will not be covered by the warranty.
4. Avoid wearing the band too tightly. Keep the contact parts of the watch dry and periodically clean the band. If you experience any allergic reaction, remove the watch immediately and consult a doctor.
5. The function button and touch screen are not available for use underwater. If the watch gets wet, please dry it thoroughly before use.
