Assembly Steps

Follow these steps to assemble your pool cover reel:

  2. Diagram 4: Continues the assembly, showing the integration of various components. Part #14 is shown, possibly indicating a required distance of 450mm.
  3. Diagram 5: Depicts the reel being positioned and secured. Parts #11 and #17 are shown in relation to #6 and #19, suggesting their use for stabilizing the non-wheeled side of the reel.
  4. Diagram 6: Shows the process of attaching the pool cover to the reel using the white clip lock.
  5. Diagram 7: Further illustrates cover attachment or reel positioning.
  6. Diagram 8: Shows the reel in operation, likely with the cover being rolled onto it.
  7. Diagram 9: Depicts the reel with the pool cover fully retracted.
  8. Diagram 10: Shows the reel with the pool cover extended across the pool.
  9. Diagram 11a & 11b: Provide important notes on the white clip lock, stating it is for single use and that spares are included. It also advises on positioning the reel in the middle of irregularly shaped pools for easier reeling.

Installation Tips and Notes

Important Note on Stability: Parts #11 and #18 are recommended for securing the non-wheeled side of the reel to your deck to enhance stability during use. If you prefer not to drill holes in your deck, you can place heavy objects (such as sandbags) on the non-wheeled side for added support.
Clip Lock Usage: Ensure the white clip lock is securely fastened to your pool cover. Each clip is designed for single use. Four additional white clips are provided as spares. For replacement clips, please contact the support team at vinglistore@outlook.com.
Pool Shape: For pools that are not a regular shape, it is recommended to position the reel in the middle of the pool. This will make it easier to reel the cover evenly.
