You will be required to supply your product's unique serial number and upload a valid proof of purchase to support any online claim. Failure to do so will mean that your claim will be rejected. The serial number is located on the base of your appliance, starting “195” or “295” and is 20 digits long. Your proof of purchase can be a scan or photograph of your till receipt, or a copy of your online order confirmation.
