Before You Begin

• Cut all four corners of the carton and fold sides down.
• Assemble the grill on a flat, level, and soft surface.
• Remove protective film from stainless steel parts before installing.
• Do not use power tools for assembly.
• Two people are required for assembly.
• There may be visual differences between illustrations and the model purchased.
• Always keep the lid closed when assembling or moving your grill.

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare the carton by cutting the corners and folding down the sides.
2. Step 2: Unpack all components and verify against the parts list. Save all hardware.
3. Step 3: Attach the side panels to the base using screws (A). Ensure correct orientation as indicated by checkmarks.
4. Step 4: Attach the front panel to the base using screws (A).
5. Step 5: Slide the bottom shelf into place and secure with screws (A).
6. Step 6: Attach the side tables using screws (A).
7. Step 7: Install the main body panels using screws (A).
8. Step 8: Attach the lower side panels using screws (A).
9. Step 9: Attach the rear panel using screws (A).
10. Step 10: Attach the side panels to the main body using screws (A).
11. Step 11: Attach the control panel and side panels using screws (C).
12. Step 12: Install the wheels. Ensure they are locked in place.
13. Step 13: Connect the gas lines.
14. Step 14: Attach the side burner components.
15. Step 15: Attach the side panels to the main body using screws (C).
16. Step 16: Connect the igniter wires and install batteries (K).
17. Step 17: Attach the warming rack supports.
18. Step 18: Install the burner assembly.
19. Step 19: Attach the drip tray and grease management system.
20. Step 20: Install the side tables.
21. Step 21: Attach the lid and hood components.
22. Step 22: Install the side burner components.
23. Step 23: Attach the side panels to the main body using screws (D).
24. Step 24: Connect the gas manifold.
25. Step 25: Attach the side panels using screws (D).
26. Step 26: Install the igniter module.
27. Step 27: Attach the side panels using screws (D).
28. Step 28: For 335 models only: Connect the wiring harness.
29. Step 29: For 435 models only: Connect the ring connector to the manifold with a screw.
30. Step 30: Attach the side panels using screws (D).
31. Step 31: Attach the side panels using screws (D).
32. Step 32: Attach the front panel.
33. Step 33: Attach the side panels using screws (E).
34. Step 34: Connect the igniter wires.
35. Step 35: Attach the side panels.
36. Step 36: Attach the side panels using screws (E).
37. Step 37: Attach the side panels using screws (E).
38. Step 38: Attach the lid and extra fasteners.
39. Step 39: Attach the handle using screws (K).
40. Step 40: Install the grates and warming rack.
41. Step 41: Install the side tables.
42. Step 42: Install the control knobs.
43. Step 43: Attach the side panels.
44. Step 44: Refer to the Troubleshooting section of your Owner's Guide for lighting instructions.
45. Step 45: Save hardware.
46. Step 46: Attach the side panels.
47. Step 47: Attach the side panels.
48. Step 48: Attach the side panels using screws (E).
49. Step 49: Install the side burner components.
50. Step 50: Install the grates.
51. Step 51: Install batteries (K).
