1. Product Function Instruction
The JH-820 headphones feature several controls for managing audio playback, calls, and device settings.
- [Volume Up / Next Track Button] (+): Increases volume or skips to the next track when held.
- [Volume Down / Previous Track Button] (-): Decreases volume or skips to the previous track when held.
- [Multi-function Button] ( ): Controls power, music playback, calls, and voice assistants.
Indicators:
- Bluetooth Indicator: Shows Bluetooth connection status.
- Charging Indicator: Shows charging status.
Ports:
- 3.5mm Jack: For wired audio connection.
- Type-C Charging Port: For charging the device.
- Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
2. Product Operation Instructions
2.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the [Multi-function Button] for approximately 2 seconds. The red and blue indicators will blink alternately, indicating pairing status.
- Power Off: Press and hold the [Multi-function Button] for approximately 3 seconds. The red indicator will be solid for about 1 second and then turn off.
2.2 Pairing
- Turn on the Bluetooth switch on your mobile phone or other device (e.g., PC, Tablet).
- Enter the Bluetooth list and search for the pairing name "JH-820".
- Click "JH-820" on the list to connect the headset.
- Once paired successfully, the blue indicator will blink every 6 seconds.
2.3 EQ Mode Switch
There are three EQ modes available: Bass mode, Pop mode, and Vocal mode. While music is playing, click the [Multi-function Button] to switch between different EQ modes.
2.4 Music Playing
- Volume Up: Click the [Volume Up / Next Track Button].
- Volume Down: Click the [Volume Down / Previous Track Button].
- Next Song: Press and hold the [Volume Up / Next Track Button] for about 2 seconds.
- Previous Song: Press and hold the [Volume Down / Previous Track Button] for about 2 seconds.
- Music Play/Pause: Click the [Multi-function Button].
2.5 Calling (Mobile)
- Answer Call: Click the [Multi-function Button] when a call is incoming.
- End Call: Click the [Multi-function Button] when a call is in progress.
- Cancel Call: Click the [Multi-function Button] while initiating a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the [Multi-function Button] for about 2 seconds when a call is incoming.
- Redial: Double-click the [Multi-function Button] to redial the last called number.
2.6 Reset
Click the [Multi-function Button] 5 times continuously until the red and blue indicators flash alternately to reset the device.
2.7 Siri or Google Assistant
In standby or music mode, press and hold the [Multi-function Button] for about 2 seconds to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
Low Battery Alert
The red indicator will flash slowly, accompanied by a voice tone "didi," when the battery is low.

4. AUX Mode
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the audio jack of the headset.
- Connect the other end into your mobile device or other audio source.
- You can now play music through the wired connection.
Note: When the headphone is powered on and the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged into the audio jack, the headphone will power off. The 3.5mm audio cable must be removed from the headphone if you need to turn the headphone back on.
5. Charging Instruction
Before use, please ensure the battery has sufficient charge. When the headphone is in low battery status, use the provided Type-C charging cable to charge. The charging indicator will be red while charging. Once fully charged, the indicator will turn solid blue.

7. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- 7.1 Headphone can't be turned on
- Please ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
- 7.2 Pairing failure
- Please ensure the headphone is powered on and in pairing status, and that your mobile or other device is within 1 meter range. Then, try pairing again.
- 7.3 Connect automatically
- The headphone will automatically connect to the mobile or other device it was last used with.
- 7.4 Sound cut off/stuck
- Check if your mobile or other device is within the valid range (10m) and if there are any obstacles between the headphone and the device.
- 7.5 Charging way
- Please ensure you are using a charging adapter that is DC 5V/1A, or a car charger, or a power bank to charge the headphone.
