The Allen-Bradley 843ES series of Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) Safety over EtherNet/IP™ encoders are designed for industrial safety applications. They are ideal for monitoring speed, direction, or position safety functions. These encoders support safety functions within the Studio 5000 Logix Designer® application and provide auxiliary feedback via an EtherNet/IP network on CIP Safety.
