Instructions

• Using the included USB micro cable, connect to a computer or wall charger (sold separately) to enable wireless charging.
• Confirm that your device has a built-in Qi receiver or insert a Qi wireless receiver before charging.
• Place your Qi-enabled device in the center of the charging plate.

Warnings & Precautions

• Do not leave the product in a hot location.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or repair this product.
• Do not allow water or liquids to come in contact with the product.
• Do not place any metallic items on the surface of the product.
• If a non-Qi compatible device is used, the charger may overheat.
• Disable vibration features while charging to ensure vibration does not move the device and lose charge.
• Multiple Qi-enabled devices cannot be charged at the same time.

Caution

This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be installed near maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45-30 MHz.

One Year Warranty

Xtreme warrants its products for ONE YEAR against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with original receipt of retail purchase.

Xtreme believes in its products and wants to provide customers with a replacement, if needed, but needs to know about the problem while the product is still under warranty. If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered, please contact Xtreme about receiving a replacement. To use the product warranty, the customer must provide proof of the retailer's receipt.

*Any customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if a replacement is required that is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Xtreme's warranty is limited to its products only. The warranty does not cover the replacement or repair cost of any third-party accessory, electronic device, or personal property.
