Mounting and Dimensions
Mounting Position: Ensure proper ventilation and clearance. Recommended minimum clearance for dimensions a, b, c is 30 mm (1.18"). Maximum operating temperature is 50 °C (122 °F).
Mounting Procedure:
- Insert the XV-102 unit into the designated opening.
- Secure the unit using the provided mounting hardware.
- Ensure the unit is flush with the panel surface, with a panel thickness between 2 mm (0.08″) and 5 mm (0.2″).

Power Supply
The XV-102 series operates on a 24 V DC power supply (19.2-30 V DC SELV).
- Current Consumption (Ie): ≤ 0.2 A for 3.5" model, ≤ 0.4 A for 5.7" and 7.0" models.
- Wiring: Use 0.75-2.5 mm² (AWG 18-12) for power connections. Use 60°C/75°C copper wire only.
- Torque: Recommended torque for power connections is 0.6 - 0.8 Nm (5-7 lb-in).
SmartWire-DT Connections
SWD-OUT and SWD-Config:
- Connect the SWD-OUT and SWD-Config terminals as per the diagram.
- Power Supply: U = 24 V DC (20.4-28.8 V DC), Ie = 700 mA.
- Wire Gauge: 0.25 - 1.5 mm² (AWG 24-16).
- Configuration: Press and hold the configuration button for ≥ 2 seconds for configuration.
