Troubleshooting
- Speaker not powering on: Ensure the POWER switch is ON, the unit is not in standby, and the AC power cord is securely connected. Reset by turning the power off and on.
- Buttons not responding: Reset the speaker by unplugging the AC power cord and plugging it back in.
- No music playing: Verify the speaker is set to the correct source (Bluetooth, AUX, etc.) and that the volume is adequate on both the speaker and the connected device.
- Poor Bluetooth audio quality: Move your music device closer to the speaker and remove any objects that might interfere with the wireless connection.
- Bluetooth device not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is active on both devices, that they are not paired with other devices, and that the speaker is in pairing mode. Try turning both devices off and on again.
