Introduction
Congratulations on your new Nordic Play Playhouse! This playhouse is designed for easy assembly, being partly pre-assembled in sections. Please read these instructions carefully before beginning assembly and use.
Before Installation
Before setting up and installing, it is recommended to sort all wood parts, brackets, and screws by their part numbers. Then, follow the assembly instructions step by step.
The playhouse is made of wood, a natural product that reacts to temperature and humidity. Wood may expand in high humidity and contract in low humidity, potentially causing minor surface scratches or cracks. This does not affect the durability of the wood.
Do not open the package before starting assembly. If assembly is not completed promptly, store remaining wood away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Follow the instructions for inspection and maintenance.

General Safety Instructions
Safe Play Area: The safe play area extends 200 cm beyond the play set on all sides. For swinging accessories, this zone is also 200 cm in front and behind.
This area must be free of structures, fences, garages, houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines, electrical wires, and other obstacles.
Ground Surface: The ground surface must be level. Installing on sloping ground can cause the play set to lean or "rack," leading to stress on connections and potential failure over time.
Do not install the play set over hard surfaces like concrete, gravel, asphalt, or packed earth, as falls can result in serious injury.
Recommended Ground Covers (minimum 50 cm depth):
- Double shredded bark mulch
- Uniform wood chips
- Fine gravel
- Fine sand

Safe Play Guidelines
- Adult supervision is required at all times for children of all ages.
- Teach children how to play safely.
- Dress children appropriately. Avoid clothing with drawstrings, loose-fitting clothes, and stringed items that could snag on equipment. Remove bike helmets before playing.
- Use common sense to avoid unsafe situations.
- Do not play on the equipment in wet weather or frost, as surfaces can become slippery.
- Remove and store accessories indoors when temperatures drop below 0°C.
- Using the play set or accessories in a manner other than intended can cause damage or injury. Do not twist or wrap swings, chains, or ropes, as this reduces strength and can cause entrapment.
Caution children:
- Do not hang upside down from any part of the play set.
- Do not grab or stop another child on moving equipment.
- Do not walk too close to, in front of, between, or behind moving accessories.
Inspection and Maintenance
To ensure user safety, inspect the play set at the beginning of each season and twice monthly during the usage season. Inspections should include:
- Check all hardware for tightness. ⚠️ Caution: Overtightening hardware can crush wood fibers, leading to split boards.
- Check the play set's stability.
- Check the surrounding environment for dangers such as overhanging branches, laundry lines, and loose materials.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to perform regular inspections and maintenance to prevent premature aging of the product. These are detailed in this manual.
The customer must take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of children.
