Brief Introduction
- Touch the area between 0 and # to activate the keyboard.
- There are mechanical keys included with this door lock. Please keep the mechanical keys secure for emergency access.
- The lock is powered by 4 AAA batteries. Non-alkaline or rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
- This lock is not suggested for outdoor installation as it is not waterproof.
- The lock will automatically engage after 10 seconds of inactivity.
- Ensure your fingerprint is clear when using it to unlock the door.
- Please read this user manual carefully before operation. All app updates are subject to change without notice.

Selection of Accessories
Available door thickness 35~50mm. Customization is available for thicknesses outside this range. Please select the correct accessories based on your door thickness.

Choose the unlocking direction
Follow the pictures below to confirm the unlocking direction.
Right Direction
Right Inwards: Inside (user) / Outside (visitor)
Right Outwards: Inside (user) / Outside (visitor)
Left Direction
Left Inwards: Inside (user) / Outside (visitor)

Notes of Installation
- Do not install the screw too hard, in case of any damage to the lock and the door. [caution symbol]
- Choose the correct and good quality tools. [umbrella symbol] [glasses symbol]
- Wear protection glasses during drilling the door holes. [glasses symbol]
- Drill the door holes from both sides to prevent damage to the door. [diagram showing two holes being drilled from opposite sides]
Installation
Step 1: Adjust Mortise
Adjust the backset (60/70mm) of the latch according to the request. Ensure the square hole is moved to the edge of the sliding hole and remains aligned.
Step 2: Install Latch
Install the latch and fasten it with 2 screws.
Step 3: Disassemble Back Rose
a) Loosen the 4 screws on the back rose, and take out the back baseboard and gasket. b) Loosen the socket head cap screw to take out the battery case cover.
Step 4: Disassemble Front Rose and Adjust Center Distance
a) Loosen the 4 screws on the front rose to take out the front baseboard and gasket. (The default center distance is 41mm; skip this step if it matches.) b) Confirm the center distance (38mm or 41mm). Rotate the baseboard and gasket 90 degrees if needed. c) Use 2 round head screws to go through the baseboard and fasten them with connection poles. d) Fasten the baseboard and gasket on the front rose by 4 screws.
Step 5: Install Spindle and Back Baseboard
a) Install the spindle into the square hole, ensuring the cable passes through the spindle to the back side of the lever handle set. b) Fasten the back baseboard and gasket on the door with 2 screws. Note: The center distance must be the same for both the front and back roses. [up arrow]
Step 6: Assemble Back Handle and Install Batteries
a) Connect the cable to the back handle, and route the remaining cable neatly. b) Fasten the back handle set with 4 M3X8 screws and verify the installation. c) Install the batteries and replace the cover, then fasten it.
Step 7: Install Strike Box and Plate
Install the strike box and strike plate on the door frame using 2 screws.
Step 8: Restore Lock
Restore the lock: Press the reset key for 5 seconds and release it when you hear the sound like 'didi' to complete the setup. [didi sound]
Test after Installation
- The roses are aligned with the door.
- The latch operates smoothly.
- The front handle set is securely fastened to the door.
- Both front and back handles operate smoothly.
- Pressing down the back handle retracts the latch.
Configurar App Tuya
- The Tuya app is compatible with this lock. If the lock was professionally installed or installed by someone other than the homeowner, ensure the homeowner performs this step.
- Download the Tuya app by scanning the QR code or visiting your smartphone's app store. The app is available for iOS and Android OS.
- Create your account and follow the setup instructions to connect the lock within the app.
Unlock by App
The main interface of the app displays the lock status (locked/unlocked) and provides options for Temporary Code, Member Management, and Accessories Management. Swipe right on the app screen to unlock the door, and swipe left to lock it.
Add Device – Lock (BLE)
- Click the "[plus symbol]" button in the top right corner and select "Add Device".
- Select "Security and Video Surveillance" and then "Lock (BLE)".
- Log in to the lock system and set the lock to pairing mode.
- Input "8#" on the lock keypad and allow the app to detect it. Then, add the lock to the app and complete the registration process.
Temporary Code
The app can generate an e-key for a receiver to unlock the lock. The receiver must also have the app installed. Input the receiver's information, set the time period, and send it to them.
User Management
Add other users as members to share device access. You can configure fingerprint, password, and other unlocking methods for each member.
Smart Scenes
Click "Smart Scenes". Configure the settings and save them to enable or disable specific scenes.
Setting
Select settings according to your requirements. For voice unlocking, you must first set up a voice code. Additional functions are available for your selection.
Logs
Click the "log" icon (often found near "temporary code") to view access records. Logs display access history by time, operation, and user.
