Speaker Controls and Functions

The K12 speaker features several buttons for operation:

Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • No Indicator Light: Ensure sufficient power or charge using a 5V/1A adapter for 3-4 hours.
  • No Microphone Sound: Check if the device is powered on, the correct mode is selected, and the volume is adjusted properly.
  • No Reverb: Ensure the reverb switch is turned on.
  • Microphone Noise: May be due to ambient noise, signal interference, or proximity to the speaker. Adjust microphone direction.
  • Wireless Playback Interruption: Caused by long distance or obstacles between the phone and speaker. Move closer and remove obstacles.
  • Wireless Connection Failure: Check distance, obstacles, or if connected to another device. Move closer, disconnect other devices.
  • Charging Issues: Verify the charger is working and the red charging indicator light is on.

Warranty Information

The product is covered by a 12-month warranty for functional issues. Damage caused by human factors, drops, or scratches is not covered without a valid warranty card and proof of purchase.
