St ep 1 12 12 St ep 2 Install the bull bar to the main body using the (2) M8x20mm hex bolts, (2) D8 split lock washers, (2) M8x20x2mm flat washers. Tighten up all bolts. St ep 3 Install the winch power control box bracket to the main body using (2) M8x20mm button bolts, (2) D8 split lock washers, (2) M8x20x2mm flat washers, (2) M8 flange hex lock nuts. Tighten up all bolts. This step isn't 100% necessary. Depends if you need the winch power control box. St ep 4 Install the winch bracket to the bumper. Snap It On, No Screws Necessary. Installed on the inner side of the mounting holes St ep 5 Install the license plate bracket to the main body using the (2) M6x16mm button bolts, (2) M6x12x1.2mm flat washers. Tighten up all bolts. St ep 6 Install the bumper to the vehicle using the (2) M10x30mm hex bolts, (2) D10 split lock washers, (2) M10x25x2mm flat washers. Repeat this step for the opposite of the bumper. Adjust the bumper to the desired location. Tighten up all bolts. 1 1 St ep 7 Install the bottom bracket to the bumper using the (2) M6x16mm button bolts, (2) D6 split lock washers, (2) M6x16x1.2mm flat washers, (2) M6 flange hex lock nuts. Connect the bottom bracket and the bumper of vehicle using the (1) M6x25mm button bolt, (1) D6 split lock washers, (1) M6x16x1.2mm flat washer, (1) M6 flange hex lock nut. Repeat this step for the opposite of the bumper. At last, tighten up all bolts. 2 St ep 8 The installation is complete.
