Introduction

Before using this product, please download the "H band" APP and connect the smart bracelet.

1. Scan the QR code below [QR Code for H band App] to download the "H band" APP.

2. Download the "H band" application from the [App Store] or [Google Play].

Note: The bracelet can only use the H band app.

Setup and Usage

Strap Installation

The manual illustrates strap installation. The components include the main bracelet body, short strap, and long strap.

The Main Body of the Bracelet

The main body of the bracelet features:

• Display area
• HR sensing area
• Touch area [touch button]
• Charging contacts

The straps (short and long) attach to the main body.

Charging

This bracelet uses a direct plug-in charging method, eliminating the need for a USB cable. To charge:

1. Unplug the strap with the [charging sign] on the back.
2. Plug the bracelet directly into a device with a USB interface, such as a power bank, computer, or USB adapter.

Wearing

For daily wear, position the bracelet approximately 1.5cm [15mm] from the wrist bone. Ensure the bottom of the bracelet is close to the skin to maintain accurate data measurement.

Power On/Off

Power on: In the off state, long press the [touch button] to power on.

Power off: Switch the bracelet to the shutdown interface, then long press the [touch button] to power off. The bracelet will vibrate and the screen will turn off upon completion.

Connection

To connect the bracelet to your smartphone:

1. Turn on GPS and Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Open the "H band" application.
3. Scan for the device and select "M10".
4. Click to connect.

After pairing, the APP will automatically synchronize all bracelet data, including steps, sleep, and heart rate. Note: The bracelet stores data for the last 7 days. Synchronize with the APP regularly to prevent data loss.

Features

Main Interface

You can switch the main interface by navigating to "My Device" > "M10" > "Dial Settings" within the APP and selecting your preferred interface.

The main interface typically displays:

• Step count
• Sleep data
• Heart rate
• Blood pressure
• Weather
• Time

Note: Specific data details can be viewed in the corresponding sections of the APP data panel.

Multi-sport Mode

To use the multi-sport mode, switch to the "Sports" interface on the bracelet, select the desired sports mode, and begin your training.

Other Function Settings

Various functions and settings can be managed through the "H band" APP:

• 8.1 Message Notification: Configure desired notifications in APP > Mine > M10 > Message Reminder. Ensure APP access permissions are enabled and the app runs in the background for proper function.
• 8.2 Time Setting: Time can be set directly on the bracelet by long-pressing the touch button when in the time setting interface.
• 8.3 Weather: Enable "weather push" and set units in APP > Mine > M10 > Weather setting.
• 8.4 Alarm Clock: Set alarms by tapping the "+" icon in APP > Mine > M10 > Alarm setting. Supports 21 scene alarms (e.g., timing, sleep, exercise, drinking water).
• 8.5 Sedentary Settings: Activate sedentary reminders in APP > Mine > M10 > Sedentary Settings. Customize reminder time periods and duration, then save.
• 8.6 Heart Rate Alarm: Set an upper limit for resting heart rate in APP > Mine > M10 > Heart Rate Alarm. Enable the switch and save.
• 8.7 Turn Wrist Detection: Enable "Wrist Turn to Brighten Screen" in APP > Mine > M10 > Wrist Turn to Brighten Screen. Adjust screen-on time period and wrist-turning sensitivity (default is "5").
• 8.8 Blood Pressure Private Mode: For more accurate data, enable "Blood Pressure Private Mode" in APP > Mine > M10 > Blood Pressure Private Mode.
• 8.9 Bright Screen Time: Adjust how long the bracelet screen stays lit in APP > Mine > M10 > Bright Screen Duration.
• 8.10 Switch Settings: Configure various functions including wear detection, automatic heart rate monitoring, automatic blood pressure monitoring, find phone, stopwatch, and disconnection reminder in APP > Mine > M10 > Switch Settings. Note: "Find Phone" and "Stopwatch" functions must be enabled in the app to appear on the bracelet.
• 8.11 Photograph: Open the "Photo" function in APP > Mine > M10 > Photo. Shake the bracelet after enabling it in the app to take pictures. The interface is hidden by default.
• 8.12 Stopwatch: Open and set common durations for the stopwatch in APP > Mine > M10 > Switch Setting > Stopwatch Function. The interface is hidden by default.
• 8.13 Countdown: Open and set common durations for countdown in APP > Mine > M10 > Countdown. The interface is hidden by default.
• 8.14 Sports Target: Set your daily step goal in APP > Mine > M10 > Sports Goal. The default target is 7000 steps.
• 8.15 Sleep Goals: Set your daily sleep target duration in APP > Mine > M10 > Sleep Goal to evaluate your sleep quality.
• 8.16 WeChat Sports: Synchronize bracelet data to WeChat Sports by adding the "H band" official account as a data source within WeChat Sports.

Precautions and FAQs

• Do not use corrosive cleaners to clean this product.
• Store in a dry environment and charge at least once a month.
• Avoid using the product in wet conditions or near magnetic fields to prevent internal circuit malfunctions.
• Using unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may result in fire, explosion, or other hazards.
• The product contains a non-removable built-in battery. Do not disassemble, impact, or expose to fire. Discontinue use if the battery swells or if used in high temperatures.
• The bracelet's IP68 waterproof rating is not permanent and may weaken over time.
• Ensure the charger and bracelet are dry during charging. Do not touch the charger with wet hands or expose them to rain or liquids.
• Use the bracelet within a temperature range of -10°C to 45°C. Extreme temperatures may cause malfunctions.

FCC Compliance

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: it must not cause harmful interference, and it must accept any interference received. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. It generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not installed and used per instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. No guarantee is made that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

If interference occurs, users are encouraged to try correcting it by reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna, increasing separation between equipment and receiver, or connecting to a different circuit. Consulting a dealer or experienced radio/TV technician is also recommended.
