Product Overview

The PeakTech P 8005 is a professional digital sound level meter with a 4-digit, 20 mm LCD multifunction display (58 x 44 mm), featuring a data logger, bar graph, and backlight. This device is engineered for noise projects, quality control, and ambient sound measurements in diverse settings such as factories, schools, offices, traffic, and households.

The PeakTech 8005 includes a USB interface, enabling long-term measurements. An AC adapter for power supply and a tripod socket (1/4") for stable measurements are provided. The meter offers both manual and automatic range selection across 4 measuring ranges from 30 to 130 dB, with a resolution of 0.1 dB. Users can switch between fast and slow response times, and select A or C frequency weighting.
