Kärcher FC 2-4 Quickstart Guide
First Steps Before Use
Step 1: Fill Fresh Water Tank
Fill the fresh water tank with clean water.
Step 2: Add Detergent
Add Kärcher detergent, using half a capful (1/2 CAP).
Step 3: Insert Fresh Water Tank
Insert the fresh water tank into the device until it clicks into place.
Step 4: Insert Charged Battery
Insert the charged battery pack into the device.
Step 5: Remove Side Cover
Remove the side cover from the device.
Step 6: Insert Roller
Insert the roller into the designated slot.
Step 7: Reinsert Side Cover
Insert the side cover again until it clicks into place.
Step 8: Start Cleaning
Pull back the handle towards you to start the cleaning process.
First Assembly: Before the first use, place the battery pack on the charger and ensure it is fully charged.

Empty Dirty Water Tank
Step 1: Release Tank
Press the release button (indicated by "PUSH") to detach the dirty water tank.
Step 2: Remove Tank
Lift the dirty water tank away from the main unit.
Step 3: Empty Tank
Empty the collected dirty water from the tank.
Step 4: Reattach Tank
Reattach the dirty water tank to the device until it clicks securely into place.
Refill Fresh Water Tank
Step 1: Prepare for Refill
Ensure the device is ready for refilling the fresh water tank.
Step 2: Fill with Water
Fill the fresh water tank with clean water up to the MAX line.
Step 3: Add Detergent
Add Kärcher detergent, using half a capful (1/2 CAP).
Step 4: Secure Tank
Insert the fresh water tank back into the device until it clicks into place.
Cleaning and Storing
Step 1: Prepare for Cleaning
Ensure the device is switched off and unplugged from the power source.
Step 2: Remove Dirty Water Tank
Press the release button (indicated by "PUSH") to remove the dirty water tank.
Step 3: Clean Tank Interior
Clean the interior of the dirty water tank thoroughly.
Step 4: Clean Device Exterior
Wipe down the exterior surfaces of the device with a damp cloth.
Step 5: Remove Rollers
Remove the rollers from the device for cleaning.
Step 6: Wash Rollers
Wash the rollers. The diagram indicates they can be washed at 60°C.
Step 7: Dry Rollers
Ensure the rollers are completely dry before reinstallation.
Step 8: Reinstall Rollers
Insert the clean, dry rollers back into the device until they click into place.
Step 9: Store Device
Store the device in a clean, dry, and safe location.
