Usage of Charger

1. Check whether the battery parameters match the charger.
2. Connect the red clip to the battery positive electrode (+) and the black clip to the battery negative electrode (-).
3. After connecting the positive and negative poles, the LCD screen will light up, displaying the battery voltage and ambient temperature cyclically.
4. If the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly or abnormally, the screen will flash "reverse connection" and display EI-I-.
5. Insert the AC110-220V plug into the power supply. The charger will start to charge automatically, and the screen will cycle display the battery voltage, current, and ambient temperature.
6. Choose the charging mode that matches the battery (see Mode Selection for details).
7. After charging is completed, the battery power bar on the screen will show full (100%). It is recommended to continue trickle charging for approximately 1 hour for best effect.
8. After unplugging the AC power, then remove the positive and negative clips. After charging is completed, the battery can be used.

Mode Selection

1. Mode selection can only be used when the battery is connected to 220V at the same time.
2. Each time you press the "Mode" button, it switches through "Automobile", "Start-stop", "Motorcycle", "Repair" in order.
3. ? Suitable for ordinary automobiles, various agricultural vehicles, trucks, and various 12V lead-acid batteries (Range: 12V 15AH-100AH).
4. [Start/Stop Function] Suitable for car batteries with start and stop function (Range: 12V 10AH-100AH).
5. ?️ Suitable for all kinds of motorcycles and all kinds of 12V lead-acid batteries (Range: 12V 4AH-15AH).
6. ? For batteries that have been idle for a long time, are old, or unable to charge, you can choose "Repair" mode to try to reactivate the battery.

The microcomputer automatically detects the ambient temperature without manual setting and adjusts the appropriate charging voltage according to the detected ambient temperature.

Temperature detection takes 3-5 seconds. A small error range during detection will not affect the normal charging of the charger.

Repair Function

1. Connect the battery and plug in the power supply. Press the "Mode" key four times to enter the repair mode. The screen displays "PLU", and the battery bar flashes. The 20-100% of the battery bar flashes to show the battery level.
2. It is recommended to repair a motorcycle battery for about 5 hours, a car battery for about 8 hours, with a maximum repair time of 24 hours.
3. Pay attention to the battery temperature during repair. If it becomes hot, the repair should be terminated in advance.
4. The repair mode also has current; the battery can be fully charged after a long time of repair. After charging is completed, the battery power bar on the screen will show full (100%). It is recommended to continue trickle charging for about 1 hour for best effect.
5. If you need to stop the repair or charging process in advance, press the "Repair" key to adjust the mode or directly remove the charger.

Safety Announcements

• It is strictly forbidden to charge non-lead-acid batteries with non-12V output voltage, non-rechargeable batteries, or batteries without voltage for scrap, or lithium batteries.
• To charge the vehicle or equipment, remove the battery and take it out of the vehicle. Charge the battery in an empty area without flammable and explosive items to avoid fires. Accidents are at your own risk.
• If the charging time exceeds 12 hours unattended, the power supply should be cut off. Long-time charging is strictly prohibited.
• This product should be protected from rain and sunlight. It is strictly forbidden to cover the charger during charging. Keep away from open flames and flammable materials in a well-ventilated environment.
• Before charging, check the charger for abnormalities, plugs, and power cords for damage or cracks. If abnormal, stop using this product. Contact the seller for repair or replacement.
• Disconnect the AC power supply before connecting or disconnecting the battery charger and the battery.

Common Troubleshooting

1. Screen of the battery connected to the charger is not displayed

Reason: The positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly, the clips are not clamped properly, or the battery is not charged and the clamps are not secured.

Solution: First, check if the positive and negative poles of the battery clips are reversed. Use a multimeter to confirm if the battery has voltage, and ensure the positive and negative pole clips are clamped firmly.

2. Voltage is displayed when the battery is connected, but there is no response when the power is plugged in.

Reason: AC110-220V power supply is not connected.

Solution: Insert a socket that is powered by 110-220V.

3. The battery has no electricity or insufficient power but displays (FUL) when charging

Reason: This type of battery is due to battery vulcanization, power shortage, lack of water, low voltage, or long idle time. Due to excessive internal resistance or reduced capacity, it reaches full voltage during charging, thus showing "full".

Solution: You can choose the repair mode and try to repair the battery.

4. Long charging time / Battery gets hot

Reason: If the charger does not complete charging for a long time, it's because the battery is vulcanized, powered, or lacks water. The voltage is too low to charge, so it's always charging, generating heat.

Solution: During the charging process, stop charging if it gets hot, and check if the battery is short of fluid if it is a water battery.
