General Warnings

- Failure to follow warnings and instructions could result in injury or death to your child.
- Make sure the potty seat is fully assembled and secure before use.

Product Limitations & Usage
- Do not exceed 40 lbs. / 18 kg. on the potty seat and trainer.
- Do not exceed 200 lbs. / 90 kg. on the step stool.
- This product is for use by children ages 18 months and up.
- Never leave child unattended while using this potty seat.
- Do not use as a car seat, booster seat, or any other function.
Fall Hazard Warnings
- When using the potty seat on adult toilets, adult supervision is required.
- Do not lift product while child is on it.
- Do not use potty seat on cushioned toilet seats; the potty seat may not secure properly or could damage the toilet seat.
- Do not use potty chair seat as a step stool. Follow instructions to properly use the step stool.
- Always use potty seat on a level surface.

How to Use the Potty Trainer and Step Stool
Step 1: Separate Potty Trainer from Step Stool
- Remove the waste tub from the potty chair.
- Pull up on the trainer to separate it from the step stool.

Step 2: Attach Splash Guard
- Remove the splash guard from the waste tub.
- Slide the splash guard onto the trainer.

Step 3: Orient Splash Guard for Boys
- For potty training boys, flip the splash guard inward.

Step 4: Orient Splash Guard for Girls

Step 5: Orient the Step Stool

How to Fit the Trainer to Your Toilet
Step 1: Identify Toilet Bowl Shape
- Identify if you have an elongated or round toilet bowl.

Step 2: Locate Fit Tabs
- Flip the trainer over and find the two rotating fit tabs.

Step 3: Adjust Tabs for Elongated Toilet
- For most elongated toilets, adjust the trainer tabs so the arrows align as shown in the picture.
- Rotate tabs until a click is heard.

Step 4: Adjust Tabs for Round Toilet
- For most round toilets, adjust the trainer tabs so the arrows align as shown in the picture.
- Rotate tabs until a click is heard.

Step 5: Place Trainer on Toilet Seat
- Place the trainer on the adult toilet seat, ensuring the tabs fit inside the seat's opening.
- If the tabs do not fit, readjust them to suit your specific toilet seat.
- Ensure the trainer is level and fits securely without tipping.
- CAUTION: If the trainer does not fit securely, DO NOT USE.

Step 6: Place Step Stool
- Place the step stool at the base of the toilet for easy access.
How to Remove and Reassemble
How to Remove the Trainer
- Flex the tabs and pull up on the trainer to remove it from the adult toilet seat.

How to Reassemble Your Potty Seat
Step 1: Prepare Step Stool
- Flip the step stool so the underside is facing up and the indented area is facing forward.

Step 2: Attach Trainer to Step Stool
- Align the logo on the potty trainer with the indented area of the step stool.
- Insert the 4 potty trainer tabs into the holes on the base of the step stool.
- NOTE: If having trouble assembling, rotate the fit tabs to a locked position.

Step 3: Place Waste Tub
- Place the waste tub inside the seat with the easy-remove handle facing forward.

Step 4: Attach Splash Guard to Waste Tub
- Slide the splash guard onto the waste tub.

Care & Maintenance
- Remove the waste tub by lifting upward on the front lip and empty contents into an adult toilet.
- Clean the waste tub with soap and water.
- Remove the trainer by lifting upward and clean with soap and water as needed.
Limited Warranty
- Contours® warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
- Contours will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product.
