The following symbols are used in the user manual or on the product:

2. Additional safety instructions
Please read this manual carefully and use the unit only according to this manual.
· Always keep all labels on the device clean and readable.
· Only use the device for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in this manual. The device is not designed for continuous, professional use.
· Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to use the device, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a qualified person. Keep the device out of reach of children.
· Never leave the device unsupervised when in use.
· Please observe the corresponding national regulations if you intend to use the device on streets, paths, property etc.
· Do not operate the device while third parties are in the danger zone.
· The device is intended to be operated on tarmac and paved surfaces. Do not operate it on walls or ceiling.
· Ensure a safety distance to other persons or animals while working.
· Never place your hands or feet towards or under the rotating brush roller. Never grasp into the rotating brush roller. Keep your clothes away from the rotating brush roller. Do not wear any loose clothing (e. g. scarf) during work.

During operation small

stones or other objects

may be thrown away violently. Wear solid

shoes and long trousers when operating

the device. Wear safety goggles.

· Hold the device firmly with both hands during operation.

· Only use the device in daylight or good

artificial light. Never use it when the visibility is bad.

· Do not use the device close to garden ponds, swimming pools or other bodies of water. Do not expose the device to rain or excessively humidity.

· Please take care that the brush roller does not jam during operation. A longterm jam can damage the device. If the rotating brush roller is blocked by an obstacle, immediately release the ON/ OFF trigger, disconnect the power cord and free the brush roller.

· Remove the battery pack from the tool before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance.

· Before using the device, check for damages and do not use a damaged device.

Should the device become damaged do not use it and have it repaired by a professional or contact our customer support department. Do not disassemble the device or try repairing it yourself.

2.1 Residual risks

Even if you are operating this product in

accordance with all the safety requirements, potential risks of injury and damage remain. The following dangers can arise in connection with the structure and design of this product:

· Health defects resulting from vibration emission if the product is being used over long periods of time or not adequately managed and properly maintained.

· Injuries and damage to property due to broken application tools or the sudden impact of hidden objects during use.

· Danger of injury and property damage

caused by flying objects.

3. Before the first use
Remove the machine and all accessories from the package. Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of small children. There is a danger of suffocation!
4. Contents of packing

5. Intended use
The machine has been designed for the removal of weeds from joints of pavement and tiles. The machine removes weeds and moss. · This machine is intended for outdoor
private use. · Compliance with the instructions for use
is a prerequisite for the proper use of the machine. Instructions for use also contain operating, maintenance and repair instructions. User is liable for all damage as a result of improper use. The machine comes standard with 2 metal brushes. Do not use the metal brush on soft stone types or tiles with an imprint, the metal brush may damage it. Always test a small, inconspicuous part first to check whether or not the metal brush damages the material to be worked on.
6. Installation
6.1 Replacement of weed brush (See Fig. A + A1).
PLEASE NOTE: The metal-brush is sharp!
Always wear proper work gloves when mounting and removing the metal brush. a. Press the shaft-locking button (10). b. Remove the worn-out brush from the machine. c. Place the new brush (9) on the shaft. d. Secure the brush with the snap rings and wing nut and tighten them securely. e. Release the shaft-locking button.

7. Handling
7.1 Telescopic rod adjustment (See Fig. A). Telescopic rod (7) can be adjusted in length to create a comfortable working length.
a. Unscrew the locking button (8). b. Slide the tube in or out until the desired
length has been reached.
c. Tighten the locking button again.
d. Make sure the tube is properly fixed before you resume work.
7.2 Weed brush angle adjustment (See Fig. B, C). The angle of the machine can be adjusted in order to obtain a comfortable working angle.
a. Hold the machine firmly. b. Press the locking button (12) in order to
adjust the angle of the machine.
c. Adjust the angle of the machine to the desired position. Machine can be adjusted into five different positions.
d. The guard cover (11) must be parallel with the ground for optimum protection (see Fig. C).
e. Release the locking button and make sure the machine is properly locked.
7.3 Switching the machine on and off a. Hold the machine firmly. b. Machine is equipped with a safety
switch (1). c. To switch the machine on, slide the
safety switch (1) forward and squeeze the on/off switch (2). d. To switch the machine off, release the on/off switch.
8. Use
Do not use the metal brush on soft stone types or tiles with an imprint, the metal brush may damage it. Always test a small, inconspicuous part first to check whether or not the metal brush damages the material to be worked on.
· Let the machine do the work. Do not force the machine.
· Hold the machine with both hands.
· Use the machine in a quiet, steady pace.

· Use the machine exclusively for dry weeds.
· Keep the machine away from plants.
· Tackle first the long joints and then the short ones.
9. Cleaning and maintenance
Remove the battery before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance work.
9.1 Cleaning · Keep safety devices, ventilation openings
and the motor housing as free as possible from dirt and dust. Rub the electric power tool with a clean cloth or blow over it with low pressure compressed air.
· We recommend that you clean your electric power tool immediately after each use.
· Clean the electric power tool regularly with a damp cloth and somewhat soft soap. Do not use any cleaning or solvent materials; these can attack the device's plastic components. Make sure that no water can get inside the electric power tool.

Do not dispose of electric power tools with domestic refuse. The electric power tool is shipped in packaging to reduce transport damage.
This packaging is a raw material and as such can either be reused or can be fed back into the raw material cycle. The electric power tool and its accessories are made from various materials such as metals and plastics. Take defective components to a special refuse collection point. Ask about these at your specialist shop or local council.
12.1 Batteries Think of the environment when disposing of batteries. Contact your local authorities to find out where your nearest disposal area is. Do not dispose of batteries with domestic refuse. Do not dispose of by burning, risk of explosion.

5. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Gerät wurde entwickelt, um Unkraut zwischen den Fugen von Pflastersteinen und -platten zu entfernen. Das Gerät entfernt Unkraut und Moos.
· Das Gerät ist für den privaten Gebrauch im Freien bestimmt.
· Die Einhaltung der mitgelieferten Bedienungsanleitung ist Voraussetzung für den korrekten Gebrauch des Geräts. Die Bedienungsanleitung enthält Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturanleitungen.

6. Installation
6.1 Unkrautbürste austauschen (Siehe Abb. A + A1).
VORSICHT: Die Metallbürste ist scharf!
Tragen Sie beim Einsetzen und Entfernen der Metallbürste stets geeignete Arbeitshandschuhe. a. Drücken Sie den Verriegelungsknopf der Achse (10). b. Entfernen Sie die abgenutzte Bürste aus der Maschine. c. Setzen Sie die neue Bürste (9) auf die Achse. d. Befestigen Sie die Bürste mit den Unterlegscheiben und der Flügelmutter und ziehen Sie diese fest an. e. Lassen Sie den Verriegelungsknopf der Achse los.
7. Bedienungshinweise
7.1 Teleskopstange einstellen (Siehe Abb. A). Die Teleskopstange (7) kann in der Länge verstellt werden, um eine komfortable Arbeitslänge zu erreichen. a. Lösen Sie den Verriegelungsknopf (8). b. Schieben Sie das Rohr auf die
gewünschte Länge ein oder aus. c. Ziehen Sie den Verriegelungsknopf
wieder fest. d. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Rohr
sicher befestigt ist, bevor Sie die Arbeit aufnehmen.
7.2 Winkel der Unkrautbürste einstellen (Siehe Abb. B, C).

Der Winkel des Geräts kann eingestellt werden, um einen bequemen Arbeitswinkel zu erhalten.
a. Halten Sie die Maschine fest.
b. Drücken Sie den Verriegelungsknopf (12), um den Winkel des Geräts einzustellen.
c. Stellen Sie den Winkel des Geräts auf die gewünschte Position ein. Das Gerät kann auf fünf verschiedene Positionen eingestellt werden.
d. Die Schutzabdeckung (11) muss für einen optimalen Schutz parallel zum Boden verlaufen (siehe Abb. C).
e. Lassen Sie den Verriegelungsknopf los und vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät ordnungsgemäß verriegelt ist.
7.3 Gerät ein- und ausschalten a. Halten Sie die Maschine fest.
b. Das Gerät ist mit einem Sicherheitsschalter (1) ausgestattet.
c. Um das Gerät einzuschalten, schieben Sie den Sicherheitsschalter (1) nach vorn und drücken Sie den Ein/ Aus-Schalter (2).
d. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, lassen Sie den Ein/Aus-Schalter los.
8. Verwendung
Verwenden Sie die Metallbürste nicht auf weichen Steinsorten oder bedruckten Platten, die Metallbürste kann diese beschädigen. Testen Sie immer zuerst ein kleines, unauffälliges Stück, um zu gewährleisten, dass die Metallbürste das zu bearbeitende Material nicht beschädigt.
· Lassen Sie das Gerät die Arbeit machen. Wenden Sie keine übermäßige Kraft an.
· Halten Sie das Gerät mit beiden Händen.
· Führen Sie das Gerät mit einer konstanten, gleichbleibenden Geschwindigkeit.
· Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für trockenes Unkraut.
· Halten Sie das Gerät von Pflanzen fern. · Behandeln Sie zuerst die langen Fugen,
dann die kurzen Fugen.

9. Reinigung und Wartung
Entnehmen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät unbedingt den Akku.
9.1 Reinigung
· Halten Sie Schutzvorrichtungen, Lüftungsöffnungen und Motorengehäuse so staub- und schmutzfrei wie möglich. Reiben Sie das Elektrowerkzeug mit einem sauberen Tuch ab oder blasen Sie es mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck aus.

5. Utilisation prévue
Cette machine est conçue pour éliminer les mauvaises herbes entre les dalles et les joints de pavage. Cette machine enlève la mousse et les mauvaises herbes.

6. Montage
6.1 Remplacement de la brosse de désherbage
(Voir Fig. A + A1). ATTENTION : La brosse métallique est coupante !
Portez toujours des gants de travail solides pour monter et démonter la brosse métallique. a. Appuyez sur le bouton de verrouillage de l'arbre (10). b. Retirez la brosse usagée de la machine. c. Montez la brosse neuve (9) sur l'arbre. d. Fixez la brosse avec les circlips et l'écrou à oreilles, serrez-les bien. e. Relâchez le bouton de verrouillage de l'arbre.
7. Utilisation
7.1 Réglage du tube télescopique (Voir Fig. A). Le tube télescopique (7) peut se régler en longueur de manière à optimiser la longueur de travail. a. Desserrez le bouton de verrouillage (8). b. Rentrez ou sortez le tube pour l'ajuster à
la longueur souhaitée. c. Resserrez le bouton de verrouillage. d. Assurez-vous que le tube est serré
correctement avant de reprendre le travail.
7.2 Réglage de l'angle de la brosse de désherbage
(Voir Fig. B, C). L'angle de la machine peut se régler de manière à obtenir un angle de travail confortable. a. Tenez solidement la machine. b. Enfoncez le bouton de verrouillage (12)
pour régler l'angle de la machine.

c. Réglez la machine à l'angle correspondant à la position souhaitée. La machine peut se régler dans cinq positions différentes.
d. Pour une protection optimale, la coque de protection (11) doit rester parallèle au sol (Voir Fig. C).
e. Relâchez le bouton de verrouillage et assurez-vous que la machine est correctement verrouillée.
7.3 Allumer et éteindre la machine a. Tenez solidement la machine.
b. Cette machine est équipée d'un interrupteur de sécurité (1).
c. Pour allumer la machine, poussez l'interrupteur de sécurité (1) vers l'avant puis appuyez sur le bouton marche/ arrêt (2).
d. Pour éteindre la machine, relâchez le bouton marche/arrêt.
8. Utilisation
N'utilisez pas la brosse métallique sur des pierres fragiles ou sur des dalles imprimées, la brosse risquerait de les endommager. Commencez toujours par tester une petite partie non visible afin de vous assurer que la brosse métallique ne risque pas d'endommager le matériau à traiter.
· Laissez la machine faire le travail. Ne forcez pas la machine.

· Passez la machine à un rythme lent et constant.
· N'utilisez la machine que sur des mauvaises herbes sèches.
· N'approchez pas la machine des plantes.
· Traitez d'abord les joints longs, puis les joints courts.
9. Nettoyage et maintenance
Sortez la batterie avant d'entreprendre un travail de nettoyage ou d'entretien.
9.1 Nettoyage · Les équipements de protection, les fentes de ventilation et le carter du moteur doivent rester aussi propres que possible, sans poussière ni salissures. Nettoyez l'appareil électrique avec un

chiffon propre ou en soufflant de l'air comprimé à faible pression.
· Nous conseillons de nettoyer l'appareil électrique immédiatement après chaque utilisation.
· Nettoyez régulièrement l'appareil électrique avec un chiffon humide et un peu de savon noir. N'utilisez ni détergents ni solvants ; ceux-ci pourraient attaquer les parties en plastique de l'appareil. Veillez à empêcher la pénétration d'eau à l'intérieur de l'appareil électrique.

· Houd alle etiketten op dit apparaat altijd schoon en leesbaar.

wordt geblokkeerd door een obstakel, schakel de machine onmiddellijk uit, verwijder de accu en maak de borstel vrij.

· Verwijder altijd de accu voor het reinigen of onderhoud.

· Voor u het apparaat gebruikt, moet u

controleren of het apparaat beschadigd is, indien dit het geval is, moet u het apparaat niet gebruiken. Mocht het apparaat beschadigd raken, gebruik deze dan niet en laat het repareren door

een professional of neem contact op met de klantenservice. Demonteer het apparaat niet en probeer niet om het zelf te repareren.

2.1 Overige risico's

Zelfs als u dit product op de juiste manier gebruikt, blijft er een potentieel risico bestaan voor persoonlijk letsel en schade aan eigendommen. De volgende risico's kunnen zich onder andere voordoen in ver-

band met de constructie en ontwerp van dit product:
· Schade aan de gezondheid als gevolg van trillingsemissies als het product gedurende een langere periode wordt gebruikt, niet op de juiste manier wordt gebruikt en niet juist wordt onderhouden.
· Verwondingen en schade aan eigendommen als gevolg van gebroken hulpmiddelen of plotselinge impact van een verborgen voorwerp tijdens gebruik.
· Risico op letsel en schade aan eigendommen als gevolg van rondvliegende voorwerpen.
3. Vóór het eerste gebruik
Haal de machine en de accessoires uit de verpakking. Controleer de machine op transportschade en gebruik de machine niet in geval van schade. Houd het verpakkingsmateriaal uit de buurt van kinderen, risico op verstikking!

5. Beoogd gebruik
De machine is ontworpen voor het verwijderen van onkruid tussen voegen van bestrating en tegels. De machine verwijdert onkruid en mos.
· Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor particulier gebruik buitenshuis.
· Het naleven van de meegeleverde gebruiksaanwijzing is een voorwaarde voor het correcte gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiksaanwijzing bevat ook bedienings-, onderhouds- en reparatieaanwijzingen.
De gebruiker is aansprakelijk voor alle schade die wordt veroorzaakt door onjuist gebruik.
De machine wordt standaard geleverd met 2 metalen-borstels.
Gebruik de metalen-borstel niet bij zachte steensoorten of tegels met opdruk, de metalen-borstel kan deze beschadigen. Test altijd eerst een klein, onopvallend stukje om

te controleren of de metalen-borstel het te bewerken materiaal niet beschadigd.
6. Montage
6.1 Vervangen onkruidborstel (Zie Fig. A + A1).
LET OP: De metalen-borstel is scherp!
Draag altijd goede werkhandschoenen bij het plaatsen en verwijderen van de metalen-borstel. a. Druk de as-vergrendelknop (10) in. b. Verwijder de versleten borstel van de machine. c. Plaats de nieuwe borstel (9) op de as. d. Bevestig de borstel met de borgringen en vleugelmoer, draai deze goed aan. e. Laat de as-vergrendelknop los.
7. Bediening
7.1 Verstellen telescopische stang (Zie Fig. A). De telescopische stang (7) kan in lengte worden versteld om zo een comfortabele werklengte te verkrijgen. a. Draai de vergrendelknop (8) los. b. Schuif de buis in of uit tot de gewenste
lengte. c. Draai de vergrendelknop weer vast. d. Controleer of de buis goed vast zit voor
u het werk hervat.
7.2 Verstellen hoek onkruidborstel (Zie Fig. B, C). De hoek van de machine kan worden aangepast om zo een comfortabele werkhoek te verkrijgen. a. Houd de machine stevig vast. b. Druk de vergrendelknop (12) in om de
hoek van de machine aan te passen. c. Stel de hoek van de machine in op de
gewenste positie. De machine kan in vijf verschillende standen worden ingesteld. d. De beschermkap (11) moet parallel met de grond staan voor optimale bescherming (Zie Fig. C). e. Laat de vergrendelknop los en controleer of de machine goed is vergrendeld.

7.3 Het in- en uitschakelen van de machine
a. Houd de machine stevig vast.
b. De machine is voorzien van een veiligheidsschakelaar (1).
c. Om de machine in te schakelen schuif de veiligheidsschakelaar(1) naar voren en knijp de aan/uit-schakelaar (2) in.
d. Om de machine uit te schakelen laat u de aan/uit-schakelaar los.
8. Gebruik
Gebruik de metalen-borstel niet bij zachte steensoorten of tegels met opdruk, de metalen-borstel kan deze beschadigen. Test altijd eerst een klein, onopvallend stukje om te controleren of de metalen-borstel het te bewerken materiaal niet beschadigd.
· Laat de machine het werk doen. Forceer de machine niet.
· Houd de machine met beide handen vast.
· Gebruik de machine in een rustig, constant tempo.
· Gebruik de machine alleen voor droog onkruid.
· Houd de machine uit de buurt van planten.
· Behandel eerst de lange voegen daarna de korte voegen.
9. Reiniging en onderhoud
Verwijder altijd de accu voor het reinigen of onderhoud.
9.1 Reiniging · Houd veiligheidsvoorzieningen, ventilatieopeningen en de behuizing van de motor zo goed mogelijk vrij van stof en vuil. Veeg de machine af met een schone doek of blaas hem uit met perslucht onder lage druk.
· Wij bevelen aan om de machine direct na ieder gebruik te reinigen.
· Reinig de machine regelmatig met een vochtige doek en een beetje zachte zeep. Gebruik geen reinigings- of oplosmiddelen; die kunnen de kunststof delen van de machine aantasten. Let erop dat er geen water in het binnenste van de machine kan komen.

De machine mag niet worden afgevoerd met het huishoudelijk afval.

3. Operazioni preliminari al primo uso del prodotto
Rimuovere il dispositivo e gli accessori dalla confezione. Tenere il materiale di imballaggio fuori della portata dei bambini. Sussiste il rischio di soffocamento.

5. Destinazione d'uso
Questo utensile è stato pensato per rimuovere le erbacce dai giunti di pavimentazione e dalle piastrelle. L'utensile rimuove erbacce e muschio.
· L'utensile è pensato unicamente per un uso esterno e personale.
· Il rispetto delle istruzioni per l'uso è un prerequisito fondamentale per un uso sicuro dell'utensile. Le istruzioni per l'uso contengono importanti raccomandazioni per il funzionamento, la manutenzione e la riparazione dell'utensile.
L'utente è responsabile di eventuali danni derivanti da un uso improprio dell'apparecchio.
L'utensile viene fornito con 2 spazzole metalliche come dotazione standard.

Non utilizzare le spazzole metalliche su superfici in pietra delicate o su piastrelle con stampe, poiché potrebbero danneggiarsi. Eseguire sempre una prova su una piccola parte, per verificare che la spazzola metallica non danneggi il materiale da trattare.
6. Installazione
6.1 Sostituzione della spazzola per la rimozione di erbacce
(Vedere Fig. A + A1). NOTA BENE: la spazzola metallica è affilata!
Indossare sempre guanti da lavoro adeguati durante l'installazione e la rimozione delle spazzole metalliche.
a. Premere il pulsante di blocco dell'albero (10).
b. Rimuovere la spazzola usurata dall'utensile.
c. Installare una nuova spazzola (9) sull'albero.
d. Fissare la spazzola con gli anelli elastici e il dado ad alette e stringerli saldamente.
e. Rilasciare il pulsante di blocco dell'albero.
7. Gestione
7.1 Regolazione dell'asta telescopica (Vedere Fig. A). La lunghezza dell'asta telescopica (7) può essere regolata in modo da ottenere la lunghezza di lavoro ottimale.
a. Allentare il pulsante di blocco (8). b. Far scorrere il tubo dentro o fuori fino
ad ottenere la lunghezza desiderata.
c. Stringere nuovamente il pulsante di blocco.
d. Assicurarsi che il tubo sia stabile prima di riprendere il lavoro.
7.2 Regolazione dell'angolazione della spazzola di rimozione delle erbacce
(Vedere Fig. B, C). L'angolazione dell'utensile può essere regolata, in modo da ottenere un'angolazione di lavoro ottimale.

a. Afferrare saldamente l'utensile.
b. Premere il pulsante di blocco (12) per regolare l'angolazione dell'utensile.
c. Eseguire la regolazione fino ad ottenere la posizione desiderata. L'utensile può essere regolato in cinque posizioni.
d. Il coperchio di protezione (11) deve mantenersi parallelo al terreno per garantire una protezione ottimale (vedere Fig. C).
e. Rilasciare il pulsante di blocco e assicurarsi che l'utensile sia bloccato in posizione.
7.3 Accensione e spegnimento dell'avvitatore
a. Afferrare saldamente l'utensile.
b. L'utensile è dotato di un interruttore di sicurezza (1).
c. Per accendere l'utensile, spingere in avanti l'interruttore di sicurezza (1) e premere l'interruttore di accensione/ spegnimento (2).
d. Per spegnere l'utensile, rilasciare l'interruttore di accensione/spegnimento.
8. Uso
Non utilizzare le spazzole metalliche su superfici in pietra delicate o su piastrelle con stampe, poiché potrebbero danneggiarsi. Eseguire sempre una prova su una piccola parte, per verificare che la spazzola metallica non danneggi il materiale da trattare.
· Lasciare che sia l'unità ad eseguire il lavoro, senza forzare. Non sforzare l'utensile.
· Tenere l'unità con entrambe le mani.
· Utilizzare l'utensile procedendo con un passo tranquillo e regolare.
· Utilizzare esclusivamente per rimuovere erbacce secche.
· Tenere l'utensile lontano dalle piante.
· Intervenire dapprima sui giunti più lunghi e poi su quello più corti.

9. Pulizia e manutenzione
Rimuovere la batteria prima della pulizia o di qualunque intervento di manutenzione.
9.1 Pulizia · Tenere i dispositivi di sicurezza, aperture
di ventilazione e la carcassa del motore il più possibile liberi da sporco e polvere. Strofinare l'utensile elettrico con un panno pulito o soffiare su di esso con aria compressa a bassa pressione.
· Si consiglia di pulire l'utensile elettrico immediatamente dopo l'uso.
· Pulire l'utensile elettrico regolarmente con un panno umido e un sapone delicato. Non utilizzare materiali di pulizia o solventi, questi possono attaccare i componenti in plastica del dispositivo. Assicurarsi che l'acqua non possa entrare all'interno dell'utensile elettrico.

El usuario es el único responsable de los daños resultantes de un uso indebido. La máquina se suministra de serie con dos cepillos de metal. No utilice el cepillo de metal sobre piedras y baldosas estampadas, ya que el cepillo de

metal podría dañarlas. Siempre haga una prueba sobre una superficie pequeña para comprobar que el cepillo de metal no dañe el material en el que se va a trabajar.
6. Instalación
6.1 Reemplazo del cepillo eliminador de malas hierbas
(Consulte las figuras A y A1). TENGA EN CUENTA QUE: ¡Las cerdas del cepillo de metal son afiladas!
Siempre use guantes de trabajo apropiados al montar y desmontar el cepillo de metal. a. Pulse el seguro del eje (10). b. Retire el cepillo desgastado de la máquina. c. Coloque el nuevo cepillo (9) en el eje. d. Asegure el cepillo con las arandelas de retención y las tuercas de mariposa, y apriételas firmemente. e. Libere el seguro del eje.
7. Manipulación

9. Limpieza y mantenimiento
Extraiga la batería antes de realizar cualquier tarea de limpieza o mantenimiento. 9.1 Limpieza · Mantenga los dispositivos de seguridad,

10.1 Nivel de vibración

5. Utilização prevista
A máquina foi concebida para a remoção de ervas daninhas das juntas de pavimentos e azulejos. A máquina remove ervas daninhas e musgo.
· A máquina foi concebida para uma utilização privada no exterior.
· O cumprimento das instruções de utilização é um pré-requisito para uma utilização adequada da máquina. As instruções de utilização também contêm instruções sobre a operação, manutenção e reparação.
O utilizador assume a responsabilidade por todos os danos resultantes de uma utilização inadequada.
A máquina é fornecida com 2 escovas metálicas (versão padrão).
Não utilize a escova metálica em tipos de pedras macias ou azulejos com impressões, pois poderá danificá-los. Primeiro, teste sempre numa peça pequena e discreta para garantir que a escova metálica não danifica o material de trabalho.

6. Instalação
6.1 Substituição da escova de ervas daninhas
(Ver Fig. A + A1). NOTA: a escova metálica é afiada!
Utilize sempre luvas de trabalho adequadas quando montar ou remover a escova metálica. a. Prima o botão de bloqueio do eixo (10). b. Remova a escova da máquina quando estiver gasta. c. Coloque a nova escova (9) no eixo. d. Fixe a escova com os anéis de retenção e a porca de orelhas e aperte-os de forma firme. e. Solte o botão de bloqueio do eixo.
7. Manuseamento
7.1 Ajuste do varão telescópico (veja a Fig. A). O varão telescópico (7) pode ser ajustado em comprimento, de forma a criar um método de trabalho confortável. a. Desaperte o botão de bloqueio (8). b. Deslize o tubo para dentro e para fora
até alcançar o comprimento pretendido. c. Aperte o botão de bloqueio novamente. d. Certifique-se de que o tubo está devida-
mente fixo antes de retomar o trabalho. 7.2 Ajuste do ângulo da escova de ervas
daninhas (Ver Fig. B, C). O ângulo da máquina pode ser ajustado de forma a alcançar um ângulo de trabalho confortável. a. Segure a máquina firmemente. b. Prima o botão de bloqueio (12) de
forma a ajustar o ângulo da máquina. c. Ajuste o ângulo da máquina para a
posição desejada. A máquina pode ser ajustada em cinco posições diferentes. d. A cobertura de guarda (11) tem de estar paralela ao solo para a máxima proteção (ver Fig. C). e. Solte o botão de bloqueio e certifique-se de que a máquina está devidamente bloqueada.

7.3 Ligar e desligar a máquina a. Segure a máquina firmemente. b. A máquina está equipada com um inter-
ruptor de segurança (1). c. Para ligar a máquina, deslize o interrup-
tor de segurança (1) para a frente e aperte o interruptor de ligar/desligar (2). d. Para desligar a máquina, solte o interruptor de ligar/desligar.
8. Utilização
Não utilize a escova metálica em tipos de pedras macias ou azulejos com impressões, pois poderá danificá-los. Primeiro, teste sempre numa peça pequena e discreta para garantir que a escova metálica não danifica o material de trabalho. · Deixe a máquina fazer o trabalho. Não
force a máquina;
· segure a máquina com ambas as mãos;
· Utilize uma máquina num ritmo tranquilo e regular.
· Utilize a máquina exclusivamente para ervas daninhas secas.
· Mantenha a máquina afastada das plantas.
· Primeiro limpe as juntas mais compridas e, depois, as juntas mais estreitas.
9. Limpeza e manutenção
Remova a bateria antes de proceder a qualquer trabalho de limpeza ou manutenção.
9.1 Limpeza · Mantenha os dispositivos de segurança,
os orifícios de ventilação e a caixa do motor o mais limpos possível (de sujidade e pó). Limpe a ferramenta elétrica com um pano limpo ou sopre-a com um equipamento de ar comprimido de baixa pressão.
· Recomendamos a limpeza da sua ferramenta elétrica imediatamente após cada utilização.
