Used according to these instructions, it will serve your needs for many years, supported by a reliable spare parts service for long-term repairs with original parts.
1. Handbook Description
1.1. Introduction
Please read this instruction handbook carefully before setting up, using, maintaining, or performing any other operation on the sprayer. Correct use and effective, rational maintenance will keep the sprayer in optimal working condition, preserving its efficacy and safety. This manual is prepared in accordance with Directive 2006/42/CE and is an integral part of the sprayer. Keep this manual near the sprayer in a protected, easily accessible place for quick consultation throughout the sprayer's lifetime.
1.2. Purposes and Limits of the Handbook
This manual is intended to:
- Describe the operation and conditions of use of the sprayer.

2. Sprayer Description
2.1. Technical Features
The "V_BLACK SMART" sprayer must only be used with products approved by phytosanitary authorities. Liquid solutions dispensed must not exceed 40°C. WARNING: Do not use with pesticides.

2.2. Allowed Environmental Conditions
Operating Temperature: 5°C to 40°C. Humidity: 0% to 70% (non-condensing). Store the sprayer in a dry place protected from weather, sun, frost, and dust. WARNING: The sprayer is not suitable for use in explosive environments.
2.3. Noise and Vibrations
Noise and vibrations are within legal limits and do not cause harm to the operator (sound pressure level <70dBA; vibration <2.5m/s²).
3. General Instructions
3.1. Safety Warnings and Cautions
Analyze potential risks carefully to ensure safe working procedures and appropriate behavior. Always follow safe working procedures and safety regulations.
- Use only products approved by the Ministry of Health, following label instructions.
- Forbidden for children, teenagers, and pregnant women.
- Do not use if tired, ill, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Do not spray solvents, acids, or flammable liquids.
- Always wear protective clothing and devices:
- Hand protection ?

- Avoid breathing chemical fumes or drops; seek medical attention if contact occurs.
- Do not eat or smoke while using the sprayer.
- Use in well-ventilated, well-lit areas, away from wind and shade.

- Maintain a minimum safety distance of 6 meters from people and animals ?↔️? 6m.
- Keep away from children and pets; do not spray near fish aquariums.
- Do not consume treated produce until the specified waiting period has passed and after thorough washing.
- Do not pressurize the sprayer with external pressure devices.
- Do not dispose of unused chemicals into the environment.
- Wash hands, face, and clothes thoroughly after use.
- Do not leave the sprayer exposed to weather.
The user is responsible for maintaining the sprayer in optimal operating condition. Replace worn or damaged parts.
3.2. Prohibitions
- Use of pesticides is forbidden.
- Modifying sprayer parts is forbidden.
- Applying unauthorized devices or accessories is forbidden.
- Using solvents (alcohol, gasoline, thinner) for cleaning is forbidden.
4. Transport and Handling Instructions
Take all necessary precautions to avoid damage during transport. Always transport with the main switch off. Transport the sprayer empty or securely fixed to prevent accidental spills. Do not place other materials on or under the sprayer during transport or storage. Avoid bumps and shocks.
5. Instructions for Use
5.1. Setting of the Sprayer
- Hold the lance and point it towards the ground.
- Turn on the sprayer using the switch on the handle.
- Check for any residual water leakage.
- Turn off the sprayer.
- Check battery charge level via LEDs on the sprayer base:
- 3 LEDs lit: 100% charge
- 2 LEDs lit: 50% charge
- 1 LED lit: 20% charge
- 0 LEDs lit: Low battery
- If the battery is low, follow instructions in section 6.2.
- The sprayer has a lance support on the back of the handle.
- To adjust lance length, loosen ring (1) and slide out part (2) to the desired length.
5.2. Filling of the Tank
Prepare the solution in a separate container. Unscrew the tank cap, pour the solution through the filter, and screw the cap back on carefully. WARNING: Never prepare solution directly in the sprayer tank. Always use the filter when filling.
5.3. Positioning of the Sprayer
Place the sprayer on a level surface at an appropriate height to easily put on the shoulder straps, which should be pre-adjusted using the buckles.
5.4. Sprayer Start-up
- Hold the lance and point it towards the spraying area.
- Turn on the sprayer using the on/off switch on the handle.
- To stop spraying, turn off the sprayer using the same switch.
WARNING: Never operate the sprayer with an empty tank. Avoid completely discharging the battery; recharge it when low. Fully recharge before long-term storage.
5.5. Nozzle Regulation
The sprayer features an adjustable cone nozzle. Adjust the spray pattern (rose or jet) by screwing or unscrewing the nozzle tip.

5.6. Operations at Termination of Work
After use, pour any remaining liquid into a suitable container. Rinse the inside of the tank and hose thoroughly with clean, cold water, letting it flow through the lance. Ensure all rinsing water has drained. Turn off the main switch. After cleaning the tank, remove, clean, and reassemble the pump filter. Clean the handle with a damp cloth (do not immerse in water). Remove any foreign objects that could damage the sprayer. Wear protective clothing and equipment.
WARNING: Do not discharge rinsing water or remaining solution into the environment. Use designated drains. Always switch off the main switch after use. Store the sprayer out of reach of children, protected from sun and frost, with a fully charged battery.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Introduction
Correct use and regular maintenance are essential for optimal operation, efficiency, and safety. Use only original spare parts.
6.2. Battery Recharge
The sprayer is powered by a sealed lithium-ion battery, rechargeable via USB cable (not included) connected to the Micro USB port located on the base of the sprayer, next to the charge indicator LEDs. The Micro USB port is protected by a rubber cover.
WARNING: Follow safe procedures during charging. To recharge:
- Turn off the main switch.
- Open the Micro USB port cover.
- Connect the USB power cable (not included) to the Micro USB port.
- During charging, LEDs flash sequentially. All 3 LEDs lit indicate charging is almost complete.
- Full recharge takes approximately 3-4 hours.
- Replace the Micro USB port cover after charging.
- Ensure the main switch is off during long periods of inactivity.
Battery life depends on proper care:
- Avoid short circuits.
- Do not over-discharge; recharge when nearly empty.
- Recharge promptly with the switch off.
- Do not operate the sprayer during charging.
- Always store with the main switch off.
- Recharge and store between 5°C and 40°C.
- Recharge every four months for prolonged storage or inactivity.

8. Instructions for Dismantlement and Disposal
To decommission and dismantle the sprayer, follow current regulations and contact specialized companies for material disposal. The sprayer is made of non-dangerous materials: plastic, synthetic materials, ferrous (steel) and non-ferrous (aluminum, brass, copper) metals, and an electric battery.

10. Warranty
Warranty covers 24 months for private users and 12 months for professional users. It covers core parts including the battery, charger, motor, and transmission mechanism. The warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Abnormal product use or use not as intended.
- Maintenance not performed correctly or as described in the manual.
- Product modifications or use of non-original parts.
- Damage, including accidental damage or damage from incorrect use.
- Damage from repairs or tampering by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage caused by natural events.
- Battery not recharged with the required frequency.
- Components subject to normal wear and tear are not covered.
