- 2.4 GHz Compatible WiFi Router
- USB Power Adapter
Charging Vector
Place Vector on the charger.
A green light indicates charging. ⚡
Compatible with most USB power adapters (5V, 1A or greater required).
*Adapter shown not included.
Download and Launch the Vector App
On your compatible device, browse to the address on Vector's face: anki.com/v.
OR
Search "Anki Vector" in your device's app store.
Available on the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
Once the download is complete, launch the app and follow the final steps to connect to your Vector robot.
Interacting with Vector
Hey Vector
Vector responds to your voice. After setup, simply say "Hey Vector" to activate him, and his backpack will light up when he hears his name. ?
Try some of these examples to get you started:
- Hey Vector, do a trick.
- Hey Vector, what is the weather?
- Hey Vector, my name is . . .
Check the app for more things Vector can understand. If you're having trouble getting Vector's attention, pause after saying "Hey Vector."
Get to Know Your Robot
- HD camera: To see you and explore his environment.
- Infrared laser sensor: To detect objects and obstacles.
- Power button.
- Capacitive touch sensor: To feel when you hold him.
- Beamforming 4-microphone array: To know where you are when you speak to him.
Troubleshooting
- ✔️ In the settings on your device, ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are active.
- ✔️ Vector uses 2.4GHz WiFi. If your home WiFi setup is 5GHz only, you may need to adjust router settings.
- ✔️ Refer to the Vector app for support and more information about using Vector.
