How to Pair Two Headphones with Your Phone

Please ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged before first use.

Step 1: Automatic Pairing

Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Both earbuds will power on and start pairing automatically. If the earbuds are not connected to your device for more than 5 minutes, they will automatically turn off. To manually turn them on, press and hold the MFB button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a "Power on" prompt. One earbud will flash a white light, while the other will flash a white light every three seconds, indicating that pairing is complete.

Step 2: Connect to Device

Enable Bluetooth pairing mode on your phone. Search for and select "V90" to connect. You should hear a voice prompt "Connected" when wearing the earbuds. If the earbud indicator light is off, it means the phone is connected.

Automatic Connection

By default, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired phone when powered on.

Prompt & Usage

• If you encounter issues pairing the earbuds, place them back in the charging case and repeat the pairing steps.
• These earbuds can be used together or individually. To use a single earbud, simply take one out of the case and connect it to your phone. Alternatively, when using both, you can manually turn off one earbud or place it back in the charging case to use the other one alone.

Telephone Communication ?

• Answer call: Tap once.
• Hang up: Press and hold the key for 2 seconds.
• Refuse incoming call: Press and hold the key for 2 seconds.

For Music ?

• Play/pause: Tap twice.
• Previous track: Press and hold "L" for 2 seconds.
• Next track: Press and hold "R" for 2 seconds.
• Activate Siri: Quickly tap three times.
• Turn down volume: Single tap on the left earbud.
• Turn up volume: Single tap on the right earbud.

Charging

Earbuds Charging

The earbuds will only charge when placed correctly in the charging slots. You can charge the charging case and earbuds simultaneously, or charge the case first, then the earbuds. The indicator light will show white while charging. Charging stops automatically, and the earbud indicator light will turn off when fully charged. While charging, the digital display bar on the case will blink and turn off when the earphones are fully charged.

Case Charging

Use the included Type-C USB charging cable to charge the case directly. During charging, the digital display will flash and show the battery level in real time. When fully charged, the display shows 100.

Charging Alerts ℹ️

• After prolonged use, oxidation of the magnet connectors may prevent charging or powering on. Clean the connectors on the earbuds and charging case with an alcohol wipe to resolve this.
• Placing the earbuds in the charging case will immediately turn them off, and the charging case will begin charging automatically.
• The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired phone.

Storage and Maintenance

• If the earbuds have not been used for more than 3 months, it is recommended to charge them.
• Use only chargers approved by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
• Do not disassemble the earbuds.
• Children aged 12 and under require adult supervision.
• Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures or use them during thunderstorms.
• Avoid dropping the device or subjecting it to violent shocks. Keep the device away from fire sources and do not place it in water.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why don't these earbuds pair with my phone?

A: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on, and that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. If these conditions are met, turn off the powered-on earbuds by performing 5 continuous quick clicks. Then, place them back into the charging case, close the lid, wait for 1 minute, open the charging case, and reconnect the earbuds to your phone.

Q: Why does the music cut in or out?

A: First, maintain a distance of no more than 10 meters from your phone without obstacles. If the distance is less than 10 meters, follow these steps: 1. Place the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, and on your phone, manually select "forget the V90". 2. After 10 seconds, open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds to your phone.

Q: Why won't the earbuds charge or disconnect from the phone after being placed in the case and closing the lid?

A: Verify that the charging case is not in a low battery state. If the case has low battery, the earbuds will neither charge nor disconnect. In such cases, use a Type-C charging cable to fully charge the case.

Q: Are these earbuds sweat- and water-resistant?

A: These earbuds are sweatproof and IPX7 waterproof. However, for electronics, submerging them in water is not recommended. The earphones are not resistant to hot water, and water vapor can enter and damage the components.
