The Lennox SL280UHV(X) series comprises high-efficiency 80% AFUE gas furnaces designed for versatile upflow or horizontal installations. These units are engineered with durable Lennox Duralok™ heat exchangers, constructed from aluminized steel, ensuring reliability and longevity.
Available in a range of heating capacities from 66,000 to 132,000 Btuh and suitable for cooling applications up to 5 tons, these furnaces offer flexible performance. They come factory-equipped for natural gas, with optional kits available for conversion to LPG operation.
Central to the SL280UHV(X) series is the SureLight® two-stage, variable-speed integrated control system, which optimizes performance and efficiency. The units also meet stringent California Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) Standards and California Seasonal Efficiency requirements, incorporating a redundant gas valve for enhanced safety shut-off.
