Product Overview

The 300X Thumb Throttle is a waterproof speed control accelerator designed for electric bicycles. It allows riders to precisely control the speed of their e-bike. This model features a durable PC/ABS construction and a secure SM plug connection, compatible with a wide voltage range from 24V to 72V. It is available in black and can be installed on either the right or left side of the handlebar.

Wiring and Connections

The throttle utilizes a 3-pin waterproof (WP) connector, commonly known as an SM plug. The cable length, including the connector, is approximately 488mm (19.2 inches). The pins are clearly labeled for correct connection:

• ① Speed Signal Wiring: Transmits the speed signal from the throttle to the e-bike controller.
• ② Battery -: Ground connection for the throttle.
• ③ Battery +5V: Power supply for the throttle, typically providing 5V.

The plug head has a length of about 29.7mm (1.17 inches) and a width of 29mm (1.14 inches). The cable extending from the plug head is approximately 268mm (10.55 inches) long before reaching the throttle body.
