1. Initial Setup
Step 1: Connect to a [room camera]
Connect the [room camera] via [USB] to the Video Bar.

Plug the InstaShow Button into your computer. Your PC will automatically switch its Wi-Fi connection to the VS20 receiver.

Step 4: Run the InstaShow VS Assist App
Launch the InstaShow VS Assist App on your computer. Select the VS20 Host Receiver (e.g., VS20_332131) from the list.

2. Use the [room camera] in a [VC meeting]
Step 1: Open your [VC APP]
Open your preferred Video Conferencing (VC) application (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

Step 2: Set the Camera to InstaShow Camera
Within the VC application's settings, navigate to the video or camera options. Select "InstaShow Camera" from the list of available cameras. You are now using the [room camera] for your meeting.

3. Audio Setting in [VC APP]
There are two options to set up your microphone:
- InstaShow Button Microphone: This option is App Free. It functions as a standalone microphone that replaces your computer's built-in microphone.
- InstaShow Audio: This option is App Required. It utilizes the InstaShow system's microphones, potentially activating multiple microphones.
In your VC app's audio settings:
- For Speaker, select "Speaker (InstaShow Audio)".
- For Microphone, choose either "Microphone (InstaShow Button Microphone)" or "Microphone (InstaShow Audio)" depending on your setup preference.

4. InstaShow VS Assist App
InstaShow Camera Preview
Click the "InstaShow Camera Preview" button in the VS Assist App to check if the correct camera is being used.

InstaShow Display Sharing
Click the "InstaShow Display Sharing" button to capture and share what the presenter is casting on their local screen.

5. Present via your Button
Scenario: You are logged in to [VC APP]
Step 1: Extend Your Screen
Use the Win + P keyboard shortcut to extend your screen to external displays and projectors.

In the VS Assist App, click "InstaShow Display Sharing".
