Focus sounds
These sounds carry crucial information, such as speech. They are processed linearly and uncompressed, emphasizing clarity and detail, bringing speech closer to the listener.
Surroundings
These sounds create the acoustic atmosphere. They are processed with high spatial resolution, using more compression and attenuation to maintain distance from focus sounds. Sudden loud sounds are handled quickly to prevent masking focus sounds.

Pure Charge&Go AX and T AX
Immersive sound in our smallest rechargeable RIC
The Pure Charge&Go AX is Signia's smallest rechargeable RIC, ideal for both experienced and new hearing aid users seeking a sleek, fully-featured device.
This model is built on the Signia AX platform, combining attractive design with proven rechargeability, the latest Bluetooth features, new EarWear 3.0, and the Signia Assistant AI for 24/7 support via the Signia app. It is also available as a CROS device. The Pure Charge&Go TAX includes a T-coil for induction loop system support.
These RICs feature advanced MI antennas and support the full Augmented Xperience audiology for crystal-clear speech and immersive soundscapes. Bluetooth connectivity supports MFi (iOS) and ASHA (Android) for seamless connection.
Models come with a compact charger, with options for portable or Dry&Clean chargers. The Li-ion power cell provides up to 24 hours of use (including 5 hours of streaming) for Pure Charge&Go AX, and up to 36 hours (including 5 hours of streaming) for Pure Charge&Go TAX, offering extended runtime for demanding users.

The Signia app for iOS and Android smartphones offers remote control and two revolutionary solutions for fitting and client support. It displays only user functions applicable to specific devices.
Signia Assistant: Inspired by neural networks, the Signia Assistant uses AI to provide immediate support for settings adjustments. It collects wearer and acoustic situation data for precise fine-tuning, learning from individual needs in specific situations.
TeleCare: Enables remote client support through virtual appointments (phone/video) and remote hearing aid adjustments via Connexx software, providing help in real-life situations.

Earwear 3.0

EarWear 3.0 offers improved physical fit, enhanced cosmetics, and better retention. It provides a reliable, durable solution that enhances cosmetic appeal and fit, ensuring comfortable, aesthetically pleasing wear with consistently great sound.
New eartips are available in various sizes and open/closed versions to suit most ear anatomies and hearing needs, allowing more people to be fitted with Signia hearing aids.
EarWear 3.0 Advantages:
- Higher physical fit rate: Soft eartips and improved receiver sizes allow deep, comfortable insertion.
- Cosmetically appealing: Improved cable/tube bending and in-ear position ensure a less visible, closer fit. Available in lengths 0-4.
- Better retention: Special cable/tube bending and outlet securely lock the acoustic coupling into the ear canal, preventing migration.
- New eartips: Compatible with miniReceiver 3.0 and ThinTube 3.0, easier for users to exchange.

Signia AX hearing aid wearers can choose from three charger options:
- Pure Charger: A reliable desktop charger for basic needs, indicating charging status with 2 LEDs per hearing aid. Connects via USB to a power adapter.
- Pure Portable Charger: Offers on-the-go charging with a power bank for 3 full charges. Features a protective lid and LEDs for charging status.
- Pure Dry&Clean Charger: The advanced option for charging, UVC cleaning, and drying. Cleaning starts automatically and completes in 15 minutes. Features LEDs for charging and cleaning status, and a lid for optimal storage.
All chargers use galvanic charging technology and are compatible with Pure Charge&Go AX, Pure Charge&Go TAX, and CROS Pure Charge&Go AX. Each provides a full charge in approximately 4 hours, with 30 minutes of quick charging for extended daily use.
