Intelligent Cleaning (Default Mode)

· The robot will scan its environment, create a map, and intelligently divide the areas to be cleaned. It will clean each area in sequence, following a Z-shaped pattern along walls.

· After cleaning is complete, the robot will return to the charging base.

Cleaned area

Cleaned area

· For optimal mapping, begin the first cleaning cycle from the charging base.

· Avoid frequently relocating the robot during operation. If it is moved, place it back near its original location.

· The robot will attempt to reposition itself; if successful, it will continue cleaning as planned. If repositioning fails, it will abandon the current task and generate a new cleaning map, which may affect its ability to recharge.

Area to be cleaned Area to be cleaned

Targeted Cleaning
· Use the app to select the Targeted Cleaning function. Choose a point on the map, and the robot will move to the designated spot and clean a 1.6m x 1.6m area centred on that point.
· Before using this function, ensure the initial map has been completed in the app.

Troubleshooting

Problem
Can't power on.
Unable to charge.
Robot cannot return to the charging dock. Abnormal behaviour. Unusual noise during cleaning.
Lower cleaning performance or dust leakage.
Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi.
Unable to perform the scheduled sweep. The robot always stays at the charging dock. Is it necessary to charge for 16 hours the first time?

Solution
· Battery is low. Place the machine back on the charging dock and ensure it's aligned with the charging electrodes. The machine will automatically power on.
· Ensure the machine is used in an ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C.
· Move the robot away from the charging dock and check if the charging indicator is on. Ensure the power adapter is connected properly.
· Clean the charging contacts on both the charging dock and robot if they are not making proper contact.
The robot may be too far from the charging dock. Try placing the robot closer to the charging dock.
Turn off the robot and then turn it back on.
The roller brush, side brush, or wheels may be entangled with foreign objects. Clean them after the machine has stopped.
· Replace the cleaning brush or high-efficiency filter. · Clean the dust box. · Remove any foreign matter from the roller brush and
side brush.
· Ensure the robot is within range of a strong Wi-Fi signal. · Reset the Wi-Fi settings, download the latest version of
the app, and reconnect to the network. · The robot supports only 2.4 GHz networks.
The scheduled cleaning will only begin if the remaining battery power is 15% or more.
When the robot remains at the charging dock, power consumption is extremely low. This helps to preserve battery life.
Lithium-ion batteries do not have a memory effect. The robot can be used immediately after a full charge, without needing to wait for 16 hours.
