Big Green Egg Expansion Cabinet Assembly Instructions

This document provides instructions for assembling the Big Green Egg Expansion Cabinet.

Parts List and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included:

Hardware: AA (12x), FF (21x), CC (20x), J (6x), E (4x), DD (1x)
Cabinet Components: A, Q, R, S (2x), U, V, T, H

Refer to the diagrams for visual identification of parts.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach component R to component A using 8x AA screws and 4x DD screws. Ensure the orientation is correct as shown in the diagram.

Attach component Q to the assembled A/R structure using 4x screws.

Step 2

Attach component E to component Q using 4x screws. Ensure the orientation is correct.

Step 3

Step 3a: Attach component A to the main cabinet structure using 2x screws. Ensure proper alignment.

Step 3b: Attach component R to the main cabinet structure using 4x screws.

Step 4

Attach components S (2x) to the sides of the cabinet using 8x FF screws. Ensure they are flush with the edges.

Step 5

Attach component T to the top of the cabinet using 4x AA screws. Then, attach component U to the top using 4x screws.
