Guide: Setting the Harvia Xenio Control for Commercial Use (Up to 24-Hour Operation)

Purpose:

This guide explains how to activate and configure the commercial time function on the Harvia Xenio Control so your sauna can operate continuously for up to 24 hours—ideal for health clubs, spas, or commercial wellness centers.

Tools Needed:

• Xenio Control already installed and wired properly
• Access to the keypad
• Optional: Installation manual for wiring references

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Step 1: Power Off the Xenio Control

   Make sure the control is powered off before beginning any configuration.

2. Step 2: Enter the Hidden Settings Menu

   To access advanced settings:

   1. Simultaneously press and hold: Minus (–) | Menu | Plus (+) | Power
   2. Hold this combination for about 10 seconds until the screen displays: S01 OFF

3. Step 3: Turn On Commercial Mode

   Once S01 OFF appears:

   1. Press the Plus (+) button to change it to S01 ON
   2. Press Menu to confirm and exit this setting

   This enables access to the commercial time adjustment submenu.

4. Step 4: Enter the Commercial Time Submenu

   Now that S01 is ON:

   1. Press the combination again: Minus (–) | Menu | Plus (+)
   2. The screen will display: S00 (You can ignore this option.)
   3. Press Menu again to advance to: S01.

5. Step 5: Set Your Desired Operation Time

   S01 lets you define the max operational time:

   Use the Plus (+) or Minus (–) to set your preferred daily runtime (Any value between 1 and 24 hours)

   Common commercial settings are 12 to 14 hours per day, including preheat time.

   1. Press Menu to confirm and scroll through the rest of the menu options.
   2. When the screen goes blank, setup is complete.

6. Step 6: Test Your Setting

   Turn the control on:

   • The display should now show the target temperature and the extended operating time you set (e.g., 14h instead of 1h).
