Assembly & Installation

• Follow the included step-by-step instructions carefully.
• Ensure the base is level and properly supported (concrete slab, gravel or 4x4 runners recommended).
• All parts are labeled and designed for straightforward assembly—no special tools required beyond standard household tools.

Painting

• For best results, we recommend using 100% acrylic latex exterior paint and applying two coats of paint to the siding.
• Apply paint within 30 days of assembly for best results.

General Maintenance

• Inspect annually for wear, weathering, or moisture intrusion.
• Touch up paint or sealant as needed to maintain protection.
• Clear debris and leaves from roof and around the base to prevent moisture buildup.

Storage & Seasonal Tips

• For areas with heavy snowfall, periodically clear snow off the roof.
• Keep doors and windows closed during heavy storms or winter months.
